Lifts work well!I recently had some problems with a bone spur on my heel that affects my Achilles tendon. These lifts were suggested by my doctor. I use the lifts in shoes I cannot fit an entire insert into. Bottom line is they work well for me. They reduce the stretching of my Achilles and has helped reduce my pain. Easy to use and adjustable in height depending on your situation. 4Wrong size but fineMy invoice said Large which is what I ordered, but the lifts were medium. So I used them in shoes I tend not to wear very often. Not as good as large would have been, but still useable. Why didn't I return them for the right size? Didn't want to wait for the right size to be shipped and the mediums work OK. I have the large size in 2 other pairs of shoes. I put them under the insole and they stay put. I only wear them in my left shoe to even out my leg length. I usually forget I have them in my shoe. They don't really affect how my shoe feels at all except that having the lift in my left shoe makes walking and standing more comfortable. 5Comfortable, economical and doesn't slideI have uneven legs from an accident and these are probably the best I've ever found. ( I have only once tried super expensive ones and they are no better for me so I figured I'd buy less expensive ones and just change them out if they get worn or gross. . So far they have not . I have not tried washing them in the washing machine . There are two in the package and each one has three layers that are stuck together with some kind of sticky glue-like substance that is actually nice because it doesn't stick so much that you can't pull them apart but they don't fall apart either. Each of the two has 3 layers so to speak. You can try all three and if it's too high peal off the next layer and if that's too high peel the final layer off.. The lowest works for me however I did try it with two layers and it seem to work really well at staying together (I've had some in the past that if if you needed more than one layer they would slide inside your shoe and not give you the lift you need as well as being uncomfortable. I don't like the plastic ones that you see around. This is a nice soft comfortable fabric though the lift itself is sturdy enough that it keeps the height and doesn't squash down. And the price is right. I would suggest giving them a try. Believe me, I know, I've been doing this for 20 years :-) 5New to Using Heal Lifts, But Am ImpressedThis is the first time I've used Heel Lifts, so I'm not quite used to wearing them yet. I ordered a pair of "Warwick Enterprises Adjust A Heel Lifts" to help treat bone spurs on my left heel, per my doctor's recommendation. I ordered the large size, since my shoe size is Men's 10, and they fit perfectly under my existing shoe insoles. Walking with them felt a bit awkward at first, but I am now slowly getting used to them, and my left heel pain is gradually getting less severe. Therefore, I plan on ordering two more pairs of Heel Lifts later today for my other shoes. The company I ordered the original pair from (PK Supply) delivered them quickly, so I will order the additional two pairs from them as well. 5Happy with my purchaseFollowing an accident and multiple surgeries, one of my leg ended up shorter so lifts were a necessity, I bought one locally and decided to buy more to fit in my other shoes, these did the trick and after walking extensively during my vacation, I am glad I bought them 5Great for back painMy husband has one leg slightly shorter than the other. These were perfect for making up the difference and easing his back pain. 5they should be perfect.They really seem to help my Achilles tendinitis. I use this in my shoes that I workout in. The multiple layers of the wedge have moved around due to my frequent running and rowing. I have had to pull the layers a part and realign them. The stick adhesive seems to allow the layer to re-stick. However, I believe I will have to realign the layers again. If you are just walking with these, they should be perfect. 4Good enough for Froedtert, is good enough for me.I already knew the product before I bought it. I was going to physical therapy at Froedtert Lutheran Hospital in Wauwatosa WI. My therapist recommended a heel lift for a shorter leg issue I had due to a construction accident I had years ago. My therapist gave me a lift sold by you. So I took the name off of it & looked you up. It worked well to balance my stance out again. I usually buy these types of products this way. I figured if a big company or medical facility of any type used a certain product with confidance is worth a shot. I will be ordering your product as my old ones begin to compress down from use. I actually bought a number of lifts from you already, because I have 6 pairs of shoes for different occasions or situations. I'm sold! Thanks for a good product. I've been wearing one pair of casual shoes more than all the rest. I've been taking thickness measurements from new until now, & they are wearing well. I particularly like the peel & stick layers that make up the standard height of your finished product. If the thickness drops down by more than 1/8", I will simply take one layer off of a new lift & add it to the the one I have in my shoe presently. Thanks again. 5The best I've found ...I'm using my lifts to compensate a 3/8" leg length difference after hip replacement. They are the best I have found so far. The material has some compliance, but far less than the Dr. Scholl's varieties found in drug or department stores, so I am getting the lift I need. I have used these in casual shoes, hiking shoes, and I even wear them with strap type sandals! As with others, I wish the 1/8" layers were attached with a better adhesive. I've been wearing them a month in my hiking shoes and they seem to be holding up well. 4To large for size 8 womens. Prime refund/exchange is not honorable. Poor representation of a medical device.Product is way to big to fit my shoes. Then this order is not eligible for exchange or refund even though it was prime. Fine writing says refund can be issued within 3 to 5 day. I tried to exchange on "day 3" no luck. Total waste of twelve dollars and furthermore a huge disappointment of "Prime". 1
