Painful, even for 5 minutes.My toes swan neck down due to hyper mobility. These things were agony even after only 5 minutes. I tried to slowly work up the amount of time I would wear them, like I do with orthotics. No good. The bottom pad is so thick that it put my toes in a position they re just not meant to be in.Also, there is no way to get your foot into shoes with these things, unless you are wearing right socks or stockings neither of which I want to wear in the summer. It bunches up when trying to put on even ballet flats. 1Works Great!This works much better than I expected, after having my second toe surgically corrected(for the second time,dont even ask...) I still needed more help in holding it in the correct position,and this,does the job perfectly! I can even sleep in it, I wear it at all times, cannt even feel it! 5They are not bothersome and I noticed within the first week some nice changes in the shape of my toesMy general physician notes that the toe next to my big toe on each foot was becoming a hammer toe. I'm trying these toe pads because they are much easier to use that gel toe separators held on with medical tape and they provide a wider area of cushioning under the toe and in front of the foot ball. So far so good. For my application, I needed a deeper cushion so I wear both pads on the single toe. Pain is virtually gone for hours until the end of the day. 4FlimsyFlimsy. Too small for my toes: does not support my hammertoes properly. I have had other brands that were much more substantial. 1Bye-bye PainI don't know how long these have been around but I've suffered pain for 15 years, struggling with various products to protect my toes from pain as they curl down and wear on the sole. These things apparently straighten the toe and give immediate relief. I'm a medium sized male, shoe size 11, and they fit perfectly. I wear them under socks and, yes, you have to learn to carefully put your sock so it stays in the correct position. No big deal for the comfort it buys you. 5Worthless.This product is so soft and pliable that it doesn't keep the toe from bending. No good. 1IF you have a hammer toe and it is painful as mine is then I can say this does ...The ones I buy from the store are hard to find. These are harder material until you wear them for a while and they stretch too much so that if you wear it with sandals you run the risk of losing it. Also, they give you a left and a right but I only need the left. IF you have a hammer toe and it is painful as mine is then I can say this does help with that. I wear it 24 x 7 and if I go 3 -4 days without the pain has come back. 4Works wellThe right toe was beginning it's pointing inward enough for me to try these out. Have used them for a few months now and am completely satisfied. They seem to last a very long time. I wash mine with mild some & water nightly and am still using my first one - which still looks and feels new. Recommended. 5Whew! What a relief it is!So far this is the most comfortable and the best silicone product for hammer toe I have found!(And I have tried many of them. Most are too big. The individual toe separators tend to shift whenI walk. These are stable, small around the toe and cushion underneath. They are just the right size.)What a relief! Thank you! 5
