I have been on this diet for quite some time ...I have been on this diet for quite some time now to help me lose weight I have lost 40 pounds now and I'm still losing I'm not sure how many more boxes so I will go through before I quit I don't want to get to thin and Gaunt5This puerh is a good quality. I also like Emperors Puehr Numi brandI am very discerning about tea, I drink tea every morning w/ breakfast usually.This puerh is a good quality.I also like Emperors Puehr Numi brand.I like that its organic and the price is right!5A coffee drinker who LOVES this tea!I am a coffee drinker but recently decided to try and find a tea that taste halfway decent for health reasons. This is by far the break away surprise from the 5 different teas I ordered.The tea arrives in a box with individually sealed packages. The tea bags are packaged in a very strong non-porous bag that seals in freshness.This tea has a great taste and isn't fruity or fru-fru spice like tea. The best way I can describe this tea is the way a coffee drinker does about black coffee. This is a great tea that impressed even a daily coffee drinker like me. I highly recommend you try it. Good products get 4 stars from me, this tea earned the 5th.5Great bold taste!The flavor is strong and it works great for those accustomed to drinking tea. My daughter said it was too strong for her but she is an occasional tea drinker. I love it!5Good pu-erh, worth tryingI discovered and got hooked onto pu-erh during a recent trip to China and have only had the teabag variety thus far. Among the 3 brands I have tried thus far, one store bought, one an international brand, this is the best tasting pu-erh in a bag I have found. I intend to try couple other brands available on Amazon.com or if I see in any of the local Asian grocery stores.One thing that could be better about this brand is the bag around the tea bag, which is a bit hard to open (even though it has the guide slit). On the brigther side, each tea bag is individually wrapped in a 'plastic like' silver cover, which helps seal in the flavor very well.Characteristics of this tea:- 'fishy' like smell when you first dunk into hot water (not overpowering or nasty by any means)- steeps fully in about 4-5 minutes- neither bitter like the stronger black teas nor mild like the greens. perfectly balanced somewhere in-between.- satisfying flavor, makes me feel good about drinking a cup of tea.If you have not tried this brand, worth giving it a shot. I typically drink 4-5 cups every week and will likely get a refill ordered soon, unless I find an even better pu-erh out there. Giving it a 4 star rating since this is a good buy, and my reference point is limited at present.4editing reviewLove the tea, its strong so 1 bag will do 2-3 cups or more if you do not use microwave and use a stove/pot. I have used this for 2 weeks now and have had to go to 3x a week because the caffeine hit is very high. I do not drink caffeinated coffee as it effects me to much. Tea is not a strong caffeine compared to coffee. This tea hits me like 1/2 cup of caffeinated coffee. In my so many years of tea experience that is high. So to each their own yet note the difference if you fall in to the experience I shared.4I've tried this brand different tea like Oolong teaI tried different brand of tea bags and this brand is one of them. Totally recommend this for the casual tea drinkers and for anyone that looking for a refreshing black tea.5A nice change from the green teasThis is my first time using pu-erh tea. I normally drink loose greens and black teas and was looking to try something new. I found this to be a lovely change. I brew the tea for 2 minutes (first cup) , then 3 (second cup) and then again for 4 minutes (third cup). Imagine, one tea bag that produces three cups of tea! Add a squeeze of lemon or a mint leaf and you'll taste a very nice, not too bitter, earthy tea. Great over ice, as well. I will purchase it again.5Great tea for FAT LOSS!!These teas are great because they suppress your appetite, and I have read that they aid in fat loss. I am very social so I am usually going on vacations, involved in brunches, and I work at a facility where food is easily accessible. These teas really help me detox -- I love it with lemon! A great buy!5
