I like the way they fit but they do not cover ...I like the way they fit but they do not cover my arms enough to slim down the fat i have. If i move it in the middle as pictured on the model, my fat near my underarms is exposed as well as the fat near where i bend my arm. I would need to get two sets of the trimmers to cover the area which would be costly. I wish they made the trimmer to come down at your elbow. 3GET. THEM. NOW.Get some ... (interpret that how you will)! The girls in my family have naturally boxcar-like arms. They look like oversized pieces of dough hanging from our shoulder sockets. We're part German and part Dutch, comes with the territory. Even my bodybuilder sister has trouble slimming her arms down, and has to go through extreme diet measures to get her desired viscosity.After a year and a half of working out 6 days a week, my arms were still mammoth. Having broad shoulders worsens the situation, so my last ditch effort was buying these Arm Trimmers. I wish I would have done it sooner. I've worn them every workout (1 hour, cardio and/or weight lifting) for about 3 weeks and my arms FEEL slimmer, let alone look slimmer. I'm finally seeing muscle definition, instead of my usual fat-encased limbs. The sleeves on my clothing aren't as tight in the arms, so they don't look like sausages squeezed into casings. It's only been a few weeks so it's nothing life-changing, I'm not quitting my job to become a fitness model or anything, but all women know the feeling of FINALLY changing that one problem area, bidding farewell to the thorn in their side. 5WHOAA so glad I didFirst of all, I never in life write reviews LOL! These on the other hand-deserve all the hype! My arms are literally the most resistant to weight loss. I get muscular quickly! I did not want to have bulky arms, I wanted slimmer, toned arms. I was running out of options and felt one minute away from surgery-yeah, that's how much my arms bothered me. I decided to try one last trick-arm trimmers. I have no clue why I didn't think to search for some before- I honestly did not think they existed. Then boom! I found these and said, let me give these a try. WHOAA so glad I did. Literally life changing. I legit get compliments on my arms now. I couldnt be more grateful for sweet sweat even making these a thing LOL. These arm trimmers are hands down thee best ! I'm 197lbs and my arms are a but chunky, lol I bought a medium. The fit is pretty good. 5Great product but lacks longevity.I bought this shortly after buying the sweet sweat waist trimmer and seeing results. The reason I am leaving a 3 star review is because I have been using them for a bit over a month and after about only 3 weeks the velcro has worn out pretty bad and almost does not stick that well anymore. It does work and definitely makes you sweat more and it will give you results in slimming down your arms if you are doing cardio and strength work on your arms to build muscle and tone up. It has helped show the definition in my arms and get some of the flab off. Just very disappointed in how shortly they have lasted. I still use them but have to secure them a bit tighter than normal to try to reach some velcro that has not worn out. I am still happy with the sweet sweat brand and products, this one just needs improvement. Perhaps more durable velcro or better material on the band that won't wear out so quick. 3This Works!Okay so I never right reviews, but holy cow this works. I'm 20 years old and I'm a little insecure about my arms. I don't sweat. I think it's because of how little I drink water. Even in the sauna there might be a little sheen but not much. So when I tried these out on a tredmill for 30 minutes ( download the app: running, if you're interested in a cardio interval app that tells you when to run or when to walk) and when I took these off I was taken back! It's a little discouraging when you work out and don't see immediate progress, but when I saw I was so amazed. I felt so accomplished after my short run I couldn't wait to workout again the next day.I used the complimentary sweat gel they provided as well. Best workout gear yet 5A truthful, unbiased reviewOkay, so, I have been using Sweet Sweat products for years, and I have to say this brand is legit. It helps heat up the fat so that you can lose weight at a great speed. First thing is the bad reviews these products get for not giving people an immediate "quick fix" to their bodies. If you want the product to work, you have to put in the effort for it TO work. Next thing is the fact that a lot of reviews state that the buyer could not fasten the arm bands by themselves? I however did not have this problem. I was able to attach the velcro quite tightly around my arms with no help from anyone. The only conclusion I can come up with for this is that the people who could not fasten the product have to be quite obese, and I have bingo wings, so, make your own assumptions.A tip for people that are SERIOUS about losing weight and having help from certain products to do so; you have to work out! And I'm not saying going to the gym for half an hour and then getting a Big Mac. I mean diet and exercise. For me, I not only wear a Sweet Sweat tummy/arm band(s) for working out, but I also wear them whenever I'm not on the job and when I'm sleeping. Yep, I wear it to bed, and it does wonders. I would wear it 24/7 with the exception of showering because it works so well. I know you're not supposed to do that, but it's a disclaimer for your safety. However it got me from a size 10 to a size 6 in a month (my arms just look like littlefat kid legs )Point is, this product is great! Highly recommend. 5Great sweat arm bands, EFFECTIVE!I brought this a few weeks ago! I use it during my workouts especially zumba. I have very fat upper arms as I lose weight I thought these might help concentrate some of the fat burn there. My arm definitely sweat with these on. My arms are a little smaller 17" down to 16.25" in almost a month. I find them easy to put on by myself. The only con is I wish they were maybe about an inch longer to fully cover the length (up and down) of my upper arm. However, they still work great. I will DEFINITELY purchase again if I need to. I definitely recommend these arm bands and I am hard to please 5LoveYou really sweat! I've noticed a visible difference. Got them February 1. It's now February 21! My arms are smaller. I was using them 5 days a week but had to cut myself down to 3 days a week. Still noticed a difference. I haven't even used the enhancing cream yet. 5
