This is made with real food and no chemicals. It is easily digestible and does not cause me nausea if I take it on an empty stomach. 5EnergySince I started taking this vitamin 2 months ago I feel with full energy, and in the afternoon I used to feel tired and sleepy I am now active and energized. I take 3 pills in the AM and that does it for me. Highly recommended. My two little girls on folic acid, they never get sick unlike before, ear infections, flues, pink eye...
