Love this productLove this product, been using it for years. I take this in tandem with solgar b-complex 100 vegetable capsules. It helps with anxiety, depression, panic, and low energy. Do yourself a favor if you have any of those problems and try this sublingual along with the b-complex 100 and vitamin d3. 5Works well, but terrible taste.The taste is terrible, don't be fooled by anyone saying it's not. I use it for prolonged fasting of 7-10 days or more. It gets me a complete B Complex without actually interrupting autography. I wish it tasted like nothing rather than berries... It helps a lot to chase it down with a big glass of water after the instructed 30seconds of holding under your tongue. 3Blood tests show a difference!I'm vegetarian, so I wanted to be sure I was getting enough of the B vitamins. I've recently had blood work done, and my doctor was surprised at the high level of B vitamins. TOO high, in fact, but with my other issues, she said it was fine. I've since dropped my dosage just a bit. 5Yuck!My problem with this product, is the after taste. I decided to give this brand a try, since it had decent reviews and was $11. The after taste lingers in your mouth for a while and is not pleasant. I guess you get what you pay for! I put it under my tongue for about 10 seconds and it feels a little warm reminiscent of what cough medicine feels like. I also did not feel a huge burst of energy or jitters after taking it but I have noticed I can get out of bed much easier lately and I take this about 20 minutes after I'm awake.
