I have been happy with faster nail and hair growth after taking these ...I have been happy with faster nail and hair growth after taking these vitamins for the last few weeks. My primary reason for purchasing them was due to an unexpected short hair cut which I was eager to grow out. My hair did grow quickly, but I'll admit that my nails seemed to grow even faster. Initially, I was taking two per day (absolutely MUST be taken with meals), but have cut down to one per day. I would recommend this product and the price was right. 4MUST take with food or you will get nauseatedThese make me SUPER nauseated if I don't take them right when I eat. To the point where I don't want to take them anymore. Not sure why, but I'm a little disappointed because they are some of the only pills for hair, skin, and nails that does NOT contain biotin. 3If u take it as advised and lead a somewhat ...If u take it as advised and lead a somewhat healthy life style (im that somewhat person), ypunwill notice a huge difference after about 45 or so days. My hair got fuller and grows twice as fast now. 5Nails and Hair A+Very effective! My nails have never been harder. They never break! Have definitely seen new baby hairs growing but havent seen much difference in my skin though. 5Improved healingI believe this product has improved my healing time with scratches and scrapes with less scarring.
