AMAZING RESULTS!!I have taken Biotin for my hair, skin and nails for years. As a 50-something year-old woman I want to maintain my long hair (especially since I color my hair roots every few weeks).Recently my husband complained that his finger nails were peeling. He is a mechanic by trade, so I wondered if he had been exposed to some sort of acid. Not so.
