They are delicious!I was looking for a gluten free bar that was a little crunchy and tasted good and didn't have chocolate, which I can't eat. These are perfect! They are crunchy, not too sweet, smell like chocolate (but aren't) and are 200+ calories for those of us who are trying to gain weight. Perfect breakfast bar, perfect snack and great meal replacement if you aren't around food. I am more than happy with them!5Taste is MehWe received these today and couldn't wait to try them. My daughter and I each took one bite and thought, well, it's not horrible. But the next bite we both thought yea, it is pretty icky actually. This bar has so much potential but the after taste is the worst, and the flavor is just not there. I wish I could return them, I hate throwing food out but these are really disgusting, and they don't offer a return policy so in the trash they go -- what a waste of money...1Delicious, but . . .I've been looking for a very long time for a snack bar that is very low in sugar, and high in protein and fiber, all this while not tasting like cardboard This is it! It's delicious and meets all my criteria, except one- These are sweetened with Stevia. So it has that nasty stevia aftertaste. But be sure you know exactly what size box you're getting. The seller's listing for the 8-pack and 24-pack are exactly the same, apart from the parenthetical where the actual number is given. I never noticed that it said 8 there, when the pictures showed multiple boxes. That's on me - just be sure to look more carefully than I did if you're buying.4Delicious, filling, & good for you too!I purchased the chocolate chip bars. These are the very best bars I ve ever had. They are not too sweet, and have a ton of fiber and protein. They are very filling, and taste wonderful! You will be glad you bought them!5Best bar everThe ingredients list says it all -- high in fiber and protein and low in sugar, saturated fat, and sodium. I don't love the taste but it's not bad, especially considering how healthy it is, and, in any event, I'm not looking for taste; I'm looking for a meal replacement, or at least a partial one, and this is exactly that. (If I want taste I'll get a candy bar, which I almost never do).BTW, the two one-star reviews? Both from people who thought they were going to get four eight-bar boxes for $16 -- in other words, 50 cents a bar. (Really? Bought any bars like this lately?) Neither said anything about the bar itself. Without those reviews, the aggregate score would be much higher, and deservedly so.5Great product and customer serviceMy family and I have been purchasing Simply Protein products for several months now. We absolutely love them! High protein (plant based, non-GMO), low card and LOW SUGAR. We were shocked by the sugar content of almost every other protein bar on the market. Too much sugar gives me headaches, so this low sugar & high protein option really helps. Even my 13-year old daughter loves them. Many flavors of bars available, the new cookies are really tasty and the crisp snacks are SPICY (my husband loves them)! I highly recommend Simply Protein products!5
