Pure Ghee. Great taste.I have used many Ghee's Available in indian grocery stores in US market before buying this ghee. I have now been using this product for few days. I will say that this is an Excellent Product.....This Ghee is Completely Pure and Good for Health...Amazing Smell.... ghee is Pure and Taste is Good...So I Rated 5 Star5Indian Cow Ghee, superb in tasteVery good in taste.Gir cow is Indian cow (from India) which produce A2 type milk and ghee is the byproduct of that milk which is good for health as compared to Jersey cow ghee.I am satisfied and happy that there is a Gir Cow Ghee available in Amazon.5A2 indeed!I'm allergic to A1 dairy. Even the slightest bit of cheese or butter or milk will give me severe dysphoria and terrible stomach pains. I used to think that I was allergic to all dairy, but recently I discovered that I'm able to drink A2 milk without any problems. I found this ghee product not knowing anything about it other then it says it's A2.I love it! I could literally eat this whole jar with a spoon. It is so delicious. It's thick like raw coconut oil but with a buttery taste. I think I've been eating over an ounce of it per day lately, and I've had zero allergic reactions, so I know for a fact that it doesn't have any of the A1 proteins that I'm allergic to.I'm seeing comments from other users about the jar leaking during transit. That explains why the seller put so much tape around my lid.5OutstandingI have had ghee for many years, and have tried a few brands bought on Amazon. This is by far the best ghee available. It is made the right way (milk cream->curd->ghee) from A2 cow milk. The aroma, the texture and taste are excellent. It also has a high temperature smoke point, making it suitable for cooking. They seem to be out of stock now, but I'll be sure to order this as soon as more is available.Most negative comments seem to be around packaging, an issue which I did not face. As for other negative reviews, they make no sense to me personally. A2 ghee is not yellow as some expect, since A2 milk is not as yellow.5The real deal Ghee, hand milked & churned from the Holy Pushkar! Sweet, full flavor and not gamey.LOVE! I went looking for traditional ghee after reading the wonderful "The Milk Lady Of Bangalore" by Shoba Narayan, which goes into the culture of traditional dairy and sacred cow love & lore.I ordered the two of the 500ml deal, to use just for putting in coffee or for very special cooking, as it is so precious. It's so good that i went to the company's website to learn more and found that it's called Gir Bilona ghee (the heritage Gir cows are different than buffalo) and they've helped expand local women's employment from hand milking cows to churning curd into ghee in the traditional way!***However, did not like the styrofoam framing around each bottle in its box. I understand it needs to be stabilized for the long shipping journey, and I imagine maybe they are re-using styro from elsewhere - but they should do better and use biodegradeable dense packing technique, such as rolling the bottle in corrugated and using shredded paper for the box padding. Or, other natural materials, etc.5Five Starsi have been buying Gir cow ghee from my friend's goshala. Getting it here is a big hassle though.This ghee is authentic because it has exactly same flavor which is a characteristic of Gir cow ghee and it's totally different that other ghee. It keeps skin soft during harsh winters. Very light to digest too. Cow ghee is yellow in color. My ghee was white in color. I had ordered a2 ghee before from Amazon by different manufacturers and was satisfied with quality and color of the products. But disappointed with this manufacture. I will not order again. It's now cow ghee for sure. It's looks exactly like buffalos ghee. In India I have seen both the kind of ghee so I can say now that they sell under a2 cow ghee but it's not cow ghee at all. Beware dont buy from radhey dairy farm.1Finesh Ghee i have ever tasted.This is the purest ghee i have ever tasted after coming to United states. This tastes the same as once my mom used to make back in India. Packaging was done so nicely. And it was from a very fresh batch. Im going to make this recurring order. All this while i have wasted so much on non A2 ghee which has any medicinal values. Please keep making the good stuff for the sake of people health.5Sweet tasting ghee that my kids loveThe packaging was wonderful in a glass bottle and the ghee is very light and delicious. It is sweet tasting too. Will update after I finish with this bottle. We have used it in regular dal chawal that takes you back to your childhood memories. I have also used it as nasal drops as the indoor air is very dry at this time of the year. It has cleared my kids nasal passages. We also use it on dry skin and chapped lips. It stays on the skin for a couple of hours if you are not eating or drinking anything. A good ghee if the manufacturer assures the quality of the feed of the cows as other desi ghees in the market are a bit pricey.4
