Customer Reviews

They don't stay in place.I love that these are more natural than chemically treated grocery store brands, which is good for my sensitive skin. But the adhesive that is supposed to keep the liner in place against the panty could use a lot of work. As in, it doesn't work. My pads bunch up and shift around when I'm walking, which means no realiable protection. Great idea; poor execution. I hope 7th Gen will come up with a solution and improve this. 3Natural & GentleThese are irritation-free, and are good for any woman with sensitivities. That said, I think they should be recommended to all women, because why do we need chemicals next to our private bits? They are just the right size, too. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the adhesive isn't always as strong as it could be. 4More Adhesive PleaseWish there was more adhesion underneath like the Always thin that typically go from edge to edge. That's the only reason why I've ever gotten the Always because they stayed in place ALL the time. But I never liked t I'm pretty active and hate when Pantiliners stick to a thigh out of no where. So far these 7Gen's haven't done it. Awesome. I wanted to switch to a healthier option and NatureCare wasn't for me, so these were the next one the list. 3Seventh Generation LinersI've slowly been transitioning to more natural health and beauty products and bought my first box of SG liners at a local health store. Happy with the product, I re-ordered on Amazon. These liners are chlorine-free, ultra gentle and breathable. The adhesive lasts all day and the liners stay in place for me (even during a run), though I know other reviewers have had different experiences. They are thin enough, comfortable, and slightly wider at the ends than other liners I've used. No problems with absorbency so far, but I personally use these "just in case" on the days before and after my cycle, so I don't know how they hold up in heavier situations. Really simple packaging, the liners are not individually wrapped. Will report back with any additional notes if necessary.FYI, the brand I used most frequently prior to this was Always. I guess they've made some changes with materials in recent years because my skin does not react well to their products anymore, the main reason for my switch. If any of you deal with irritation from plastics/perfumes/bleach, you may want to give Seventh Generation a try. 5No bleach but still ingredients you could be allergic toI bought these as I'm allergic to something in regular pantiliners. I thought it was the bleach. Guess not as these still give me a rash. I'm thinking maybe the wood pulp but have no idea. In any event, these may work for you - or maybe not, depending what your sensitivity is. 4Excellent adhesionI've looked for a long time for liners that stick well and do their job. These have glue all the way to the edge so no bunching! I can't stand that, so I tried litterally dozens and these are the best. 5Fast delivery but the product isn t my favorite. Better than most other disposable brands I guessFast delivery but the product isn t my favorite. Better than most other disposable brands I guess....Less toxic..but I just discovered washable/ reusable pads though and I prefer them...Healthier, more comfortable and more eco friendly 3Seventh Generation vs. Naturacare pantilinersI have been lucky enough to have had only 2 periods in the last 5 years due to nursing. However, my period has finally returned to a somewhat normal cycle and so I find myself once again needing panty protection. Joy.Wanting something along the more natural lines, I tried the Seventh Generation and Naturacare pantiliners and I like the Seventh Generation slightly better. The top layer on the SG is more like what you'd find on a Carefree pantiliner, cotton-y. The Natura is like the Always driweave, if you're familiar with that brand. I prefer the cloth-like texture of the SG more than the driweave-esque texture of the Naturacare.Absorbancy-wise, they are the same. It's a pantiliner, it does a good job on the first and last day of your period, and for the times in your cycle when you're experiencing more significant discharge.Stickiness-wise, also equal. They both stay put just fine.I took one star away from SG because I would have really preferred organic cotton, which Natura has.(As a side note, Naturacare offers a thong version of their liner, which SG does not)But, the price for the SG on S&S with Amazon mom cannot be beat. At the time of this review, I'm paying less than $3 for this box of 50 liners. That's a great deal. 4So softThese are amazing. Not too long, good absorbency and they re so soft. Here s a picture of my small hand with them so you have an idea on the size. 5Not worth buyingI wasn't crazy about them. They didn't stick very well since adhesive wasn't on the entire back, just down the center. You need the sides to stick well to the underwear...no need to explain to any woman. I like the brand but not buying this product again. 1
