Great for Dysautonomia and POTSI have dysautonomia and struggle with hypotension and tachycardia. Despite meds and other therapies, I would have episodes. I keep these with me and chew one or two when I start feeling unwell. It's been a great addition to my healthcare routine. 5LifesaverSaltStick in all variations is a lifesaver. I ve used SaltStick for 70.3 races in very high heat and humidity, as well as training/races in extremes temps. It is literally a lifesaver. These orange chewable shave a very mild taste, dissolve quickly, and are easier to consume while riding than pills. 5Amazing for POTSHands down my favorite salt tablets for pots syndrome! They help my daughter with POTS recover when things start getting weird and I carry these in my bag when Im volunteering outside. The Florida sun can take it out of you. These have saved me from fainting a few times. 5Prevent Muscle CrampsI have been using it when training for long distance races. I sweat a lot. I was having muscle cramps in my legs especially at night time if I run more than 1 hour and sweat a lot. I had problems sleeping at night time b/c of my leg muscle cramps. I started using this pill during running. 2- 3 pills an hour or a pill every 20 - 25 min. I do not have any muscle cramps at all. It works for me very well. Make sure you stay well hydrated when you take these pills. The advantage is that the pill dissolves in your mouth and that helps with the absorption better and faster. I am a big fan of this Chewable Electrolyte Replacement Tablet. 5Almost perfect productThis works better than anything I have tried. I just cannot absorb electrolytes and keep them in due to dysautonomia /POTS. This works better for me than liquid. Some salt tabs and electrolytes have sulfer coumpound added which gives me a reaction as I cannot metabolise sulfer so this is a great product for me.The only thing I would change would be no citric acid. It is not needed and an artificial source that I have trouble with synthetics. 4Great Taste and Works very Well!I like this product, works well on my long runs and Ultra Marathons. I would recommend the chewables as I think they absorb much faster. I enjoy the taste, the orange taste a little like old school flintstone vitamins. I will purchase these again and recommend them to any endurance athletes. 5Immediate ReliefThe first time I was introduced to these tablets was at the bottom of the Grand Canyon at Phantom Ranch. I hiked down for a two night stay in Dec 2018 and was cramping up at bedtime. A fellow hiker had these tablets and offered me some. After chewing just one my leg cramps went away almost instantly. I was so amazed that I took another just for good measure. The fellow hiker gave me 6 tablets for the hike out and two days later I hiked out. That is a 10 Mile Hike with a 6,000 foot elevation gain. I always carry electrolyte replacement fluids on these hikes but this tablet was far superior to any I have taken in the past. I never cramped up, had lots of energy and hiked out in 6 hours and 20 minutes. I have also given these to my 82 year old mother because she suffers from night leg cramps and she says they have stopped all together. I get night leg cramps too and these have helped a lot.I gave half a tablet to my teenage son who was cramping up after a 90 minute workout on an elliptical at the Y and he claimed his leg cramps went away immediately.
