Partied in LA for a week and the only days I was hungover was when I was too drunk to remember to drink this before bed.4The best product I have come across in a long timeThis powder when added to water has a citrusy flavor and is very palatable. It re-hydrates you within 20-30 minutes, depending on how quick your metabolism is. The best product I have come across in a long time.5Tastes great - seemed to work!The taste was better than Gatorade, in my opinion. I spent the day in the heat at a musicfest while drinking. This helped me recover better than water. Would buy again for similar scenarios.4Far superior to Gatorade. Especially good for diabetics.I researched this and other electrolyte products, and it is by far the best I found. The sodium and potassium levels are higher and the sugar levels much lower (especially important if you are diabetic as I am). The taste is quite okay and the powder dissolves easily and quickly in any fluid (I put it into plain water and am fine drinking it that way). I recommend Recovers ORS and will buy it again.5Great source of electrolytesThese are a little pricy but work pretty good for the price.These taste a little salty if you don't need them but if you need the electrolytes they taste fine. I would recommend this for anyone that works in the heat on a regular basis and screwed up by not taking in enough electrolytes, bad diarrhea or for after that crazy night of drinking. As for after flying, I do a lot of international flights of 10 or more hours and don't really feel the need to use this. I bought some Gatorade thinking it would fix my dehydration problem but didn't. I then remembered I had some RecoverOrs left from my trip and mixed it with water.
