Works great.This supplement really did wonders for my pregnancy induced carpal tunnel. I ran out and tried to reorder more but it was going to take a while so I went to the supermarket and couldn't find anything with as high of levels of magnesium, or the same mag:cal ratio. 5The best Cal Mag ratioMy nails grow amazingly fast when I use this. I am waiting for pay day-ran out. Nails are definitely stronger when using this. My past doctor recommended Rainbow Light Brand. My Hair grows fast too but not thicker. Digests easily. I put one in water to watch how long it takes to dissolve. So many brands never dissolve or digest. This reverse ratio of 1 cal to 2 mag prevents me from experiencing muscle cramps and I sleep better and deeper when using it. 5Holy grail of cramp preventionLadies, this is the holy grail. I purchased this for the reason that I have very crampy periods. Knowing that magnesium can help cramps, I saw this product and decided to give it a shot. I can tell you that the supplement is well made and delivery is perfect. I take these a few days before and throughout my period and I have to say that I hardly notice it anymore. I take 3 a day as reccomended. I checked with a registered dietician who said that was reasonable. First off the fluctuations with stomach bloating are gone. I wake up everyday with a flat stomach and it feels great! It makes me regular with bowel movements but just to a healthy level no problems or anything. Also another big one my high stress/anxiety level miraculously dropped by a lot. I have my moments but mostly feel calm. My sleep may have mildly improved but I'll reserve judgement on that until later because nothing drastic in that department. Also, I always got muscle cramps in my feet while swimming and have had none this week. Everyone says these are hard to take but I don't find that. The pills aren't tiny but smooth and regular size in my opinion. Goes down easy. 5Great formula but hard to swallowThe formula works really well to prophylactically minimize/eliminate muscle cramps, as well as act as a sleep aid. The reason I only gave it 3 stars is that it is a huge pill to swallow, which may be an impossibility for some people. I have learned how to do it and will continue to use it, as I have for a long time now. If that plant based formula could have a capsule as its delivery system, it would earn a 5-plus rating for sure. 3Helps with morning sickness!Love these bad boys! I'm 12 weeks pregnant and have been taking these Magnesium/ Calcium supplements since by pregnancy test showed a positive. They have helped me with morning sickness immensely and I highly recommend them. I forgot to take them for a day or two and could absolutely tell a difference as I felt strong boughs of nausea those days. This ONLY thing I don't love about these is that they're huge, just as large as the prenatals but, it's a small price to pay for feeling better throughout the day. 5YMMV - not for me!After a few weeks of taking this I realized how horrible I was feeling - once I stopped I started to feel well again. Nausea, loose stools, not sleeping well, just didn't feel right. I might just be sensitive to this formula or dosage (the magnesium dose is 3x daily recommended value). It seems like it took a while to build up in my system to have an ill effect - I didn't notice much of a problem for the first week. Hypermagnesemia is very really. I'd advise anyone taking these or considering it to use caution and do your research on this type of supplement. 1Definite recommendationMy doctor recommended magnesium for restless leg and constipation. Has worked wonderfully for both. Still working on the dosage, but on my 3rd bottle and will continue as long as it keeps working. It's really hard to find this particular ratio of magnesium to calcium, but it's exactly what I need. 5Excellent ProductIt s a wonderful product. It was doctor recommended and really helps with muscle and joint issues and has the added benefit of improving regularity. Only negitive issue is the tablets are difficult to swallow and should be coated. 5
