A delicious way to fall asleep...I ve been taking this for four nights. I m trying to wean myself off Advil PM. I see some complain about mixing it. I put a scoop of it with a scoop of collagen powder in the bottom of a mug. I warm up a cup of milk and whisk it into the mug. Delicious and it really seems to be helping me sleep more deeply.5The taste is out of this world!OMG This is the stuff! I absolutely love the taste of this stuff. If you want to pamper yourself and give yourself the feeling of calmness and go to that relaxing state, this is the drink. I immediately got that sensation and it is so smooth. I boiled water in my mug in the microwave and put in a scoop and the smell was relaxing to my senses. Now I also tried the Green Juice. It was okay compared to another company's brand that I use, but this Gold Turmeric and Reishi blend is amazing. I have tried many, many brands and some still sit in my cabinet and have been for some time now. I don't see this Organifi Gold container lasting that long in my household. It is something that you will think of giving guests when they stop by to invite them in your home, it is that good. It is like a treat! Best of all, it so extremely healthy for you and any one who has dementia or cancer or is likely to get either, which both run in my family line. Love it, love it, love it. Take about 30 mins before bedtime. Between this and their Green Powder I can definitely tell the difference. Highest quality ingredients. Yes it is expensive but I have on auto ship and save 15%.
