Effective and Botanical - love it!First of all, I really like the flavors. They taste "real" to me and love that because I really hate artificial flavorings. I am surprised at how much I liked the blackberry vanilla! Secondly, I found the product to be really effective. I'm an adult with ADHD and have never been a good sleeper... But this stuff kept me asleep! I didn't wake up once. I am kind of stunned at how well it worked for me. I really like that this is something you can have in water, always good to get the hydration in! I love the use of botanicals and non-GMO, high-quality ingredients. This new product is the bomb! I think I may try their new Immunity product as well...5Works!!I suffer from chronic intractable pain and I decided to try these to help me sleep. I take a sleeping pill and it doesn't help. I'm still up multiple times per night and have very broken sleep. I made one of the lemon chamomile flavored drinks last night and I slept a SOLID 9 hours and 15 minutes! The flavor is more concentrated because you only drop it in 4 ounces of water opposed to 16 so keep an eye for that. Let me just say.. WOW. With my intense training schedule and workload, I am typically a 4 hour a night sleeper, but Nuun Rest actually allowed me to have a full 7-8 hours of sleep for multiple nights in a row!
