It s good for everything. Your hair, skin, take internally, I give it to my dog who has allergies, it helps him. I see a huge difference in my dog when he takes the coconut oil and when he doesn t, when he takes it his skin is nice, soft and silky. When he doesn t get it because of traveling or something, it s a big difference. Also, helps his stomach and itching. He takes fish oil also. This is excellent for people also, it has many benefits, also great for pulling.5Use it for Cooking for HCG and Cocoa DelightI've been using this for cooking for HCG. Freebie i get 2 TBSP a day so i've been cooking in it. I also mix 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cocoa and some vanilla and sea salt and freeze it for cocoa delight. You supposedly burn this immediately so you don't have to worry about counting the calories. It takes good. I haven't tried it on salads or anything yet I may do that too with a little lemon juice. It can drip between your fingers and/or come out of the bottle too quickly due to having a low viscosity.For those not used to using this kind of thing for massaging, you can expect the oil to absorb into the skin fairly quickly (this can depend on your motions, whether or not/how often you apply more, how much you apply at once, and the person).5
