Bad batch?I had been subscribed to this item since 2012, but the last 4 bottles (two shipments worth) contained too much loose product, and too many partially filled capsules. What a mess! I could forgive one such shipment, but not two in a row. I see from other reviews that this problem is ongoing, although they have had months to fix the problem. I canceled my subscription in December and am saying "Me too!" Lot number on the last shipment is 3021404. If you get bottles with this lot number on them, don't open them, send them back for refund or replacement.I've lost faith in the manufacturer's ability to produce quality supplements. Until this, I had been happy. NOW, I feel ripped off! I'll be shying away from all capsules and going with tablets as much as possible in the future. Amazon needs to drop them as their "Choice", and I hope this review brings the problem to their attention. 1Take 4 pills a day (2 in morning and 2 ...Take 4 pills a day (2 in morning and 2 at night) and it seems to prevent migraines. Haven't had one since I started taking them and I used to get them every month-month and a half or so. 5Excellent quality and resultsI struggled for more than fifty years with migraine, anxiety, stress and allerfy headaches,. I missed work and lost a few jobs along the way to where I am now.These headahces are hard to control and are hard to maintain control. That was why I started extensive reserach into what could help. I wanted to do away withTopamax because of its side effects and with Imitrex and Relpax because I do not like prescription medication. I do not like how it effectsw me.I began reseraching supplements. I found that Vitamin B2 along with Butterbur adn Feverfew are a magical combination that helps prevent migraine headaches better than Topamax and without side effects, my hair is no longer falling out. It has regained its texture without Minoxidil. I also take Turmeric Curcumin with Bioprene, Magnesium, Potassium and Devil's Claw to help. Those four also help alleviate chronic pain and muscle tightness. 5GoofStopped the cracks in the corner of my mouth 5AmazingWas recommended this by my allergist after suffering with sinus issues and living on Zyrtec-D for years. This is the only thing that has helped with sinus headaches when I don't take Zyrtec-D. Even 1000mg of Advil didn't help. Definitely recommend!! 5Not BadI mostly take B-2 for the purpose of reducing headache/migraines. This brand is not bad for the price your paying. I have seen better results with some of the other brands (more pricey) of B-2, but your going to be dishing out a couple more bucks. Taking the cost & amount of capsules it brings into consideration, it's not a bad deal. 4Radioactive yellow urineI took this by recommendation from a doctor for migraine prevention and general brain health following an injury.I learned quick to take it with food otherwise it burns when you pee. Expect extra yellow urine and and after wiping.It's hard to tell if it helped after recovering from a brain injury but anything to speed things along is good. No side affects other than listed above. 5Vitamin B2 has changed my lifeThat is not an exaggeration. I have had chronic migraines for years. I've been to multiple headache clinics and pain management doctors. Tried all of the preventative and abortive medications for my migraines. The preventatives didn't work, and my system doesn't tolerate the abortives. Then, I heard of taking B2 to reduce frequency and severity of migraines. I was sure it wouldn't work, but was willing to try anything. Especially since it is low-risk with no side effects and low cost. My daily migraines have reduced to about 1 per week. I even went 18 days straight without a migraine!! I take 200 mg in the morning and 200 mg in the evening. It is really worth a try for anyone with frequent migraines. I won't live without it anymore. 5Great Price!I've taken B-2 on a daily basis for a few years now to prevent headaches. I once tried going off of it and my headaches came back regularly. I take 2 everyday with dinner and once in a while with breakfast, too. This brand has been just as good as other brands I've taken and the price is great! 5Decrease Migraines- safe and effectiveI had terrible migraine headaches (several a week) I read several research studies that recommend taking 400mg of B-2 a day to decrease the frequency of migraines. Three months into taking this supplement I am happy to report it really does work. I went from taking my rescue medication from twice a week to twice a month. What an incredible difference and increased quality of life. My headaches are fewer and not as significant. If you suffer from migraines this is a safe supplement to try and it just might improve your quality of life also. 5
