Now I look forward to taking it nightly. I normally take 1 pill about 45 minutes before I'd like to be asleep. Occasionally I'll take a second one if I don't feel the effects of the first. It makes me feel calm and pretty soon I can't keep my eyes open. I've always had a hard time sleeping so I've tried a fair amount of different sleeping pills, calming teas, essential oils, etc etc. Right now the taurine is my favorite because I don't feel groggy in the morning and I don't wake up a few hours later when it wears off.
