Very effective, awesome productI had reviewed this product in a negative light about 8 months ago. Since then I have not used it until about a month ago, and I am actually going to have to completely change my mind and write a positive review. I beleive the reason I disliked it originally is that I was mixing it too many other "brain health" supplements at the same time and the mixture was probably not really good for testing this product in a fair way.Nnow that I have tried this product by itself for the last month, I find it very effective in memory retention, as well as producing a focused and clear state of mind. I have decided to work it into my daily regimen as it is definitely instrumental in improving the quality of my life and helps me retain focus throughout the day, as well as feel much sharper than I usually do. I did find that it worked right away, but as I continued to take it for a couple of weeks there was definitely a build up effect where I found it to become more and more effective. I would definitely recommend it to someone who is looking to improve their focus/concentration/memory and overall brain health and vitality.As an unexpected benefit, in addition to energizing the mind I also found it very good for athletic recovery and mazimizing workouts, probably because it has cordyceps and reishi as part of the ingredients.Overall, I would call this formula effective in doing what it claims to do - increase focus, mental clarity and memory recall. I hope they keep it around and not discontinue it like the last formula. 5One StarThis product contains carrageenan, which is very harmful for you. 1Works!This really works! I had cloudy foggy head for years with constant headache. Lots of blood tests and doctor visit did not help but this helps. I feel my mind more sharp and clear when I take this. Memory has gotten better too. I like it more than others because it repairs damaged nerve. I put it on monthly delivery. 5Tried and TrueI believe in eastern AND western medicine. For colds, mild illness, these really do help get rid of it fast! If I take too many, it makes me itch. When feeling a cold or flu coming on I take up to two in the morning and two in the evening. If I take more than that they make me a little itchy. 5Carrageenan? Crazy!A wide range of research links carrageenan to gastrointestinal inflammation, including higher rates of colon cancer. Yet New Chapter (or should I say "Proctor & Gamble") cuts corners by putting the junk in a purported immune support formula. Way to sell out, New Chapter! 1Helping me with chronic sinus and head coldsI have chronic sinus problem, along with head colds without success with medicine from the store. I decide to research to get something that would root the sinus and head colds problems not covering up the sickness that would keep coming back. I decided to try this since I see 7 different kind of mushrooms and researched all of these on google. After few days of taking this, I actually started to feel better. Less headaches from head colds. I am going to continue this since it's helping me so much. I have very low immune system. 5Help your Memory and Focus without messing up your stomach!This is the first time I have been moved to review an item. I suffered a concussion in a car accident and encountered some difficulty with memory recall and noticed other minor, yet recognizably new cognitive issues, such as more typos than usual, easily forgetting why I walked into a room- again more than usual for a middle-aged person. Enough cdible information existed to demonstrate it was effective in helping with mental focus. When I discovered that t New Chapter offered its Lion's Mane formula, I decided to go with it. because I also New Chapter Lion's Mane + Reishi Mushroom - LifeShield Mind Force for Mental Clarity with Organic Reishi Mushroom + Vegan + Non-GMO Ingredients - 60 cthave a sensitive stomach and New Chapter was the only prenatal vitamin that I was able to successfully take as it is made with organic food substances to easy on the stomach. Of course, as an organic product, I also am confident that there are no other additives to cause issues for me. Upon receiving MindForce from Amazon, I began the 2 capsules a day regimen. While this sounds overly dramatic, it is true-- within several days I felt more focused when writing and working and noticed that I was able to stay on task better. While on vacation for the holidays, I did not take MindForce with any regularity and noticed that I slid back to experiencing some memory issues. When I resumed the MindForce , I again noticed straighter focus with the added benefit of an energy boost. I would never say this is a cure all for concussions but I would go as far to recommend this to anyone whose notices some cognitive slips and/or would like some cognitive help when recovering from a significant but not major concussion. It did help me and continues to do so. 5A product I like from a company I trust.New Chapter lovingly grows its plants on their plantation in Costa Rica. Dr. Andrew Weil wrote the forward in Beyond Asprin about this company. Back in my broadcasting days I interviewed their marketing rep who convinced me to try Zyflammend, their natural safe pain reliving product. Amazing fast acting results. So, when I read about their mushroom combination to support liver health it was 1 of 2 items I committed to trying. Twice a day without incident on my regimen I use this as I research liver health. I feel secure with it since gathering my own mushrooms is not an option for me. The company s reputation brings me comfort. The predigestion process they use sounds great. 5Immune System Problems - This Product WorksMy immune system has been shot since I was little and got very, very ill. Throughout the years I have tried multiple products and spent a considerable amount of $ with no real positive results until now. Problems have been being sick i.e.; cold, flu like symptoms which had me down for several days and grew so weary of 'always been sick and feeling drained'.I have been taking this product several months now and immediately felt my body respond; even under very, very stressful conditions; normally take two capsules in the morning; under dire situations take 2 more in the evening. Usually am on a subscription, but ran out while away attending to my sis (which was very, very stressful) and was concerned how my system would do....it did wonderfully and am so impressed. Amazon has the best price as I've looked at several sites and Amazon is clearly the winner without a doubt! Kudos to the company for this truly health altering product!!!!! 5Not as healthy as you thinkI found out that this product contains carrageenan. Research says that you shouldnt put it in your body. So i had to give this "health" product a 1 star. 1
