Like others, I was concerned about the size - but I was pleasantly surprised. They are very easy to swallow so I faithfully take them daily. My fault not product's.5Work well for meWhen it comes to vitamin supplements, I always look for animal-based ones since they absorbe the best and are most competitive with the human body and therefore most effective. That s why i buy this product, because it s animal-based. I use this particular vitamin to get rid of facial wrinkles and my overly dry lips. I break the capsules and squeeze the contents out, some on the piece of bread and some on the problematic areas on my face. I then eat the bread and rub the oil into my skin. I tried different facial lotions before, as well as different chapsticks, but my face is overly sensitive and I usually end up with an allergic reaction, breakouts, or if I m lucky then just nothing, no helpful effect and no harmful effects, just a thin layer of lotion on my face that never seems to absorb into my skin. Chapsticks just straight up make my lips flaky. I even tried anti wrinkle serums and creams, but they only seem to make things worse for me. This product, however, in combination with another special oil I buy, helps tremendously with both, my lips and my wrinkles. I use those once a day, and after only about three days of using them I already see tremendous results with my wrinkles. My lips become smooth and normal. Having said that, I d say this product is real and absebes very well.5I use them on scars!I cut these open and massage them into my scars and I have seen a huge difference.
