Surprisingly Comfortable.I m on my feet all day and I have always blamed my aching feet on horrible fitting shoes. Eventually the pain started to present itself when I woke up in the morning and started to get out of bed. The pain was UNBEARABLE to the point where I would have to give myself a pep talk every morning. To make a long story short and after some research, my symptoms were also known as plantar fasciitis. I ve tried different types of insoles and nothing really helped. I saw an ad randomly for these arch compressions and thought why not? Let me tell you, after one day I notice a huge difference and less achy feet than usual. (I stand 8 hours a day for work) I m hoping to reap long term benefits with this item and so far it s been kind to me.The item is easy to use and wash instructions included. The material is stretchy but compressed comfortably. The gel inserts that come with it adhere perfectly and do not slip from where they are applied.Shipping is incredibly quick but I am also prime.5Miracle workers!I own a cleaning service and also have plantar fasciitis. These compression bands and the arch support have given me a ton of relief in such a short time! I have been in so much pain and they are little life savers. I wear slides because a lot of my homes have walk in showers and it's just easier to clean when you can take your shoes off. These make it much easier! The copression is perfect, not too thick, not too tight and not to rough. Awesome product, fast delivery!5Uncomfortable Seam When Worn with ShoesI at first really liked these. They do give my arches good support and are the right amount of tight without being painful. I wore them for hours around the house with no socks/shoes on and my arch pain was feeling better. But then I had to put my sneakers on, and, they do fit inside sneakers with socks on, but, the brace is sewn together on the bottom in the middle, for the length of the brace. I could feel the seam rubbing on my feet and it caused irritation. That is why I gave 3 and not 4 stars. The support barefoot is very good but I wish this was seamless.3Gentle Support that provides needed relief for painful feetI like that these actually provide support without squeezing your foot to the point you want to take it off. They are comfortable. My feet feel better even in flip flops. The gel arch supports were also insanely helpful. I honestly had forgotten what a happy foot feels like.
