Tastes terrible.First, I fully admit, I'm a coffee snob. I buy whole bean, grind immediately before brewing, and use an Aeropress for the best possible cup. I usually go for dark, rich roasts, but I usually order some flavored coffees in October, to have on-hand for entertaining throughout the holidays . This is my first time ordering Lola Savannah, which I did based on the rave reviews of a relative in Texas.This is a very mild roast, and appears to be freshly roasted, quality beans. Unfortunately, this is some of the worst flavored coffee I've ever had. Nothing about this coffee tastes nutty or buttery - just flat-out chemical after-taste. The beans smell AMAZING - I mean, if the coffee tasted half as good as it smells, it could bring about world peace. So, instead of drinking this, I've poured the beans into glass candle holders with unscented candles, so at least it's not a total waste. Certainly will not order again. 2 stars for freshness, but wouldn't recommend this flavor.2Great coffee but not like othersThe coffee is good. The coffee is not flavored as the 8 O'clock was or as others, it taste different but is not bad. I was also under the influence this was whole bean. The coffee is ground and not whole bean. Not a big downer, but I like grinding my coffee.Packaging was also very nice, it is in a bag that is placed in a box. Very nice shipping big.5Where is the Toffee flavor?I usually order whole flavored coffee beans from a different company. However, after seeing this coffee on amazon, I wanted to try out a different brand of flavored coffee, so I purchased this butter toffee flavored coffee.When I opened the package, it smelled wonderful. I couldn't wait to brew a nice pot of coffee in my percolator. Big disappointment. This coffee was very buttery flavored and not much else. It was just butter flavor, however there was no toffee, or sugary, or carmely, taste at all.It was like drinking buttered coffee. I didn't want to waste it, so tried to at least drink my whole mug, though the taste was so unpleasant I dumped out the whole pot.What a waste of money. I wish I had ordered a smaller amount to try it out instead of the 2 pound bag.I will not be purchasing from this brand again. It took a long time to find a good quality seller of excellent tasting flavored whole coffee beans, now I will stick with them.1Really Good!I've been buying this for a while now. Really expensive when compared with other brands. I have noticed with the last three orders of this coffee that there's less and less flavor. This last batch barely had any banana flavor, plus it now has a touch of some sort of chemical taste. I don't know if they're processing it differently than they used to or what. I have a couple weeks left on this bag. I'll order it one more time, and if it's the same as this bag, I won't order it again. Plus, they've just had a HUGE price increase, so that'll be a determining factor as well. Still can't figure out why it's so expensive!!4I have had better. What I found with most coffee blends that ...Yep, it's ok. I have had better. What I found with most coffee blends that are added flavor coffees, are just that, added flavors. Now I've had some good one's locally where I live. What I found is you get used to a flavor of coffee and it don't taste has good as the first couple of pots, I need to change it up, change brands or flavorings. That's what I was doing with this brand of Tiramisu. From the first cup it didn't have that Tiramisu flavor that I was trying to taste, it was a quality coffee without the added flavor. IMHO . I just didn't get what I paid for .3You should get this coffeeI've tried a few of their flavors that appealed to me and this one is far and away the best one!! The aroma alone takes the sting out of having to get up early. The taste is smooth, with just a hint of bitter to remind you that it's coffee and not a nectar of the gods. Been drinking coffee for almost 25 years and I can honestly say that this is top shelf!!5Tastes like cherry perfume.I love Lola Savannah coffee, and have tried many of their flavored (and plain) beans. I usually like flavored coffee, but I should have listened to the other reviews on this one- the taste was too artificial for me. Tastes almost like cherry perfume was added! Sorry to be a Debby downer, but this is really the first (and hopefully only) flavor I've tried and not liked.If you want something fruity, i suggest trying their raspberry biscotti. It was delicious!2Some of the best coffee I've hadThis is fantastic coffee and some of the best I've had. I've ordered this multiple times and am so happy it comes in a large size because I go through it so quickly. It is creamy and sweet, but not overly so. It has a touch of buttery taste to it as well, but not in an overwhelming way. It's a great, smooth, medium roast coffee that will have you saying "yum" before you take your first sip.5Pay attention to the label on packageAS INDICATED MANY, MANY TIMES, PRODUCT WAS NOT LEFT IN CARPORT AS STATED ON ALL PACKAGES BECAUSE I AM A DISABLED SENIOR BUT LEFT ON THE TOP STEP OF THE OWNERS HOUSE AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PICTURE MAKES IT INACCESSIBLE FOR ME!!!!!!!5Great Coffee!!This coffee is amazing!!! I am definitely buying more flavors in the future. With the exception of one small thing I liked everything about it. If you're like me and plan to use this in a Keurig with a reusable filter you might have the same problem I had. The coffee grounds might be to finely ground, because of that my keurig had a hard time pushing water through the filter. There's an easy fix for that, just put a little less grounds in the filter and that'll fix you right up. All that aside I have no complaints. This flavor I bought is like drinking liquid banana nut bread, I wonder what I'll try next.5
