Crunchy, chewy peanuty tasteThese are probably the best protein bars I've tasted. They have great taste without any of that weird protein taste that most protein bars have. This bar does get some of its protein from nuts, which is why it tastes so good and the calories are so high, but not all of the protein comes from the nuts.They have a PB coating only on the bottom and drizzles on the top. I wish they'd make it Subscribe and Save, because I will be getting them often. You should at least try them. They come in different flavors, if you don't want Peanut Butter.5Finally - A Decent Low Carb Bar with no Tree NutsI need to control my carb intake as much as possible being a Type II diabetic - but I'm also allergic to Tree Nuts which means there are very few lo-carb bars out there I can eat. I love, love, love peanuts in all their forms and this bar is for peanut lovers like me (peanuts are a legume, not a tree nut). Tasty, filling and loaded with peanuts. I've been ordering these things by the case. KIND makes a good product and I wish I could eat their other bars but at least they made one with out nuts which I really appreciate.5Flawless barAfter coming home from a long day of errands, I couldn't wait to dig into one of these scumptious bars. However, upon opening my drawer, I fruitlessly and increasingly frantically searched for my beloved KIND bar. The search was in total vain, as my family had devoured all the last remnants of my 12 bar order!Needless to say, these bars are a major hit in my home. They have an incredibly natural peanut flavor, more than any other peanut bar I've ever tried. They are a tad bigger than normal KIND bars, hence the larger amount of calories. However, they keep me full for 3+ hours and are a perfect snack to just throw in my bag.If you love peanuts, salt and healthy convenience, these bars are perfect buy. You won't regret it!5Taste and 12 grams proteinWhat I like:The great taste and the 12 grams of protein in the Kind Protein Bars, Double Dark Chocolate Nut, Gluten Free Bar makes it a winner in my book. The fact that it is gluten free is a plus as is the Dark Chocolate and nuts. What I don't like:I try to keep or limit sugar and soy from my diet and this bar has both, but find that so hard to do. I will make an exception for this delicious ready to transport and eat treat.4Good value for great bars!So my husband and I love KIND products. We usually try to buy them when they go on sale at our local grocery store, since they are kind of expensive.When I saw these bars available on subscribe and save, I just had to try them since it saved a bit of money.I have to say that we are very pleased with these bars. These bars are a little different than the regular KIND bars, but very good! They are shorter but a little wider in size. They arrived in good condition and very much within the expiration date. Saw some 1-star reviews, but most were v. good reviews, so I tried a box, for the cost savings. Gross.Since I am not one for packing up and returning items to Amazon, it is back to the grocery store for me.With respect to this product, Buyer Beware!1Arrive in fragmentsLately these protein bars have been arriving in broken bits, which is annoying. I don't know if they drop-kick them in the warehouse or what, but I open the wrapping on one and a large chunk of it leaps onto the floor. The bars themselves are great, but a bit frangible.4Awesome protein bars!Great pick me up after swimming or for that mid-afternoon slump! This is the 1.76oz bar.. 250 calories.. 12 g protein! Most stores only carry the smaller Kind bar, This one seems much more satisfying. I have been following the Metabolic research diet but cannot eat many of their products bcuz they have soy in them and I am allergic to soy.. my reaction to soy is hunger . The Kind bars also have soy but it doesn t make me hungry. Anyway, it seems to work with me and I ve lost 39# s in the last 18 months!5Three StarsThese are a nice filling breakfast. I wish it was less salty.3Best Kind bar I've ever triedBest Kind bar I've ever tried! Seriously so yummy! Has a great crunch to it. It did a arrive with the chocolate a bit melted but I live in Houston, Texas so its self explanatory. Perhaps if I ordered through Prime Pantry it would have been on a chilled truck or something; I don't know how that works. I put the bars in the fridge for about an hour then room temperature. They are great and will defiantly re order.5
