BEST balsamic on the market!Oh. My. God. If you love balsamic, you ll never buy another brand again. This sauce is super bold and flavorful and the consistency is perfect- great for salad dressing, marinade, even dipping sauce! It s lick your fingers good!!! (Trust me... can t stop licking my fingers with this one!)5Inconsistent quality, so sad!!!!I ordered 2 bottles of product to bring to big birthday party where the menu theme was Italian. I was responsible for the green salad. Since super markets have cut back extensively on salad dressing choices (refrigerated or not) I thought I'd give Amazon a try to find a highly rated dressing. I order from 3 different vendors, the two bottles I purchased from "Yo Mama's" arrived as scheduled. I noticed that of the two bottles of same flavor dressing, where not the same by any means consistency. One was brown liquid and the other was more like a sauce. You can't return the product so paying over $16 to get one bottle that was a huge success for flavor and the other unusable is a little troublesome. Company should invest in Quality Control or maybe I was the exception.2Incredible Sesame dressing! YUM!!!This stuff tastes just wonderful. I love it! I like it so much that I am now going to try the Honey Balsamic that I see so many glowing reports on. I will be back to order more of the sesame dressing! It reminds me of the dressing you get at the japanese steak houses. Yo Mama's is by far the best balsamic I have ever tried! Not too sweet, but not too tart, the flavors are perfectly balanced. I've used it both as a dressing on salads as well as a marinade on chicken, steaks and fish. This never disappoints and I love knowing that I am feeding my family all natural ingredients that I can actually pronounce. Never want to be without it!!!
