THE BESTAfter tons of research, these are the best quality at the best price. Don't you wish you could know that before spending 2 hours reading reviews? : ) They are also enteric coated so there is no fishy after taste. This also means, that they will dissolve in your intestines, not your stomach for maximum absorption. Trust me, I did the research!! I paid full price too, no discount for this raving review. 5Great quality, one pill, no fish taste/burps, but these are large pillsPros:Honest product. Reviewed by labdoor.com, each dose has slightly more EPA and DHA and total omega-3's than advertised.Only one pill per serving (see notes)I'm two weeks in, and I've never noticed any aftereffect. No fish oil taste, burps, etc. No stomach disturbances either.The pills themselves are completely tasteless, and the texture is pleasant.Cons:NoneNotes:These pills are big. They're as wide as a US quarter, and moderately thick. I tried cod liver oil (fermented), and had horrible digestive issues. I tried krill oil, and had an allergic reaction. No fishy taste with this one - just an occasional lemon burp:-) 5Not MSC CERTIFIED and sourced from South AmericaIt is not MSC Certified Alaskan Pollock anymore. They changed and they are buying Peruvian or Chilean Archovy, Sardine, and Mackerel. They are still claiming on the product description it is MSC certified although on their label they describe as sourced differently. Very disappointed. 1Improved my dry eyes, BUT cause a really bad rashI have severe dry eyes which affect my vision. I've researched treatment for dry eyes, and one recommendations is to take fish oil pills. I tried Thera Tears Eye Nutrition which worked great. But it also contains flax seed oil and soy. My dry eyes and vision improved significantly while taking them, but I developed eye lid swelling due to an allergic reaction after 2 weeks. So, after extensive research, I decided on trying this brand.This Omega-3 contains only fish oil and has gotten very good ratings on fish oil pill lab tests. After just a few days, my dry eye symptoms improved and so did my vision. I was SUPER happy. However, I later developed an awful rash on my chest that I ignored since I was so pleased with the relief it provided for me. I finally had to stop taking them because the rash got so severe. My husband also developed a bad rash and had to stop, too. Fish oil definitely helps to relieve my dry eyes and improves my vision, but there is something in this brand that my body is rejecting. BE CAREFUL and listen to your body. There are MANY other brands of fish oil out there to try. 2Really helped!!I read a very detailed review of Omega-3 products here on Amazon, and decided on this product and am really glad I did. Within a week of taking it twice a day, my Achilles tendonitis disappeared. I had suffered with it for several years in both legs - even had pain up into my calf. I couldn't flex my ankle at all and had to sort of shuffle to walk. Now I can stand on tip-toe. I think it has even helped relieve the pain in my knees a bit. 5If you want reliable quality in a triple strength Omega 3 supplement, this is the one to get.In order to better gauge the efficacy of this product, I waited 8 weeks before writing this review, having taken two pills daily of the Innovix Triple Strength Omega-3 supplement over that period (why two is explained later). I don't suffer from high heart risk factors, high cholesterol, memory impairment, etc. In fact, I eat a generally healthy diet (mostly fresh foods, including occasional fish, almost no processed food), exercise on a regular, if moderate basis, and don't overindulge in alcohol or other unhealthy habits. But as a 65 year old male, I figure if there is more I can do to reinforce good health factors without going overboard on supplements, why not consider it if there were no downside. I was originally attracted to the benefits of Omega 3 having seen a report of its use in helping occupants in elderly care facilities in Japan, a country renowned for the good health and longevity of its citizens. A recent, controlled medical case study there found remarkable physical and mental benefits for the elderly patients in the study over a three-year long period of Omega 3 supplements added to their regular diet. They zeroed in on a 2000mg daily amount of EPA and DHA in an optimal 2:1 ratio - which is almost the same as the Innovix product, if two pills are taken daily. I was unaware of the possible side effects of fish oil supplement (gas, burping, bad breath) but relieved to find the enteric coating of this supplement avoids this, and that the coating was a natural bovine gelatin product as opposed to a synthetic BPA. As to my personal benefits, I can't honestly vouch for positive internal effects, other than that there have been no apparent ill side effects in that regard. I have, however, noticed the occasional aching and swelling of my right knee has reduced noticeably and the small scaly patch of skin (psoriasis?) on my left temple has become much less severe. Is this product really making the difference? That's hard to judge but I'm encouraged enough to continue the regimen of two pills daily. It will be interesting to see what my blood pressure and cholesterol levels are like upon my next physical check up. 5Good for heart and rosaceamy doctor recommended fish oil for my rosacea and this was the purest for the price. After one month of use, I believe it is working. Especially the whites of my eyes are less blood shot which is another symptom of rosacea. 5
