Large size worked for meIt's exactly what I needed for my castor oil packs. Large cloth than can be folded and still covers my abdomen. 5... it for a castor oil pack and it was good. I will have to pour more Castor oil ...Used it for a castor oil pack and it was good. I will have to pour more Castor oil in next time because it doesn't soak up the oil much and I feel like I am dumping all my oil in just to get the pack wet enough. But it worked out great. 5It's not the Real Flannel but Piece of cut short clothe...it does not work!!!!!I bought this product and could bodly say after use that;It is not the same. I had bought this same company product from a herbal shop before. It was so much so effective and I could feel it works. But unfortunately, I had pass it to my female boss at work after introducing to her the working wonder of Castor oil use with flannel, I had told her this flannel is the magic, I told her to make sure she buy from this company one and still gave her mine, when she couldn't wait to start the exercise.Believing I don't have to go back to this herbal shop. I came on Amazon and order this product, making sure it's this same company 'Palm christi wool flannel. Here I am!!!!1. It is so very tiny and shorter. It could hardly cover up your tummy. And if you have belly fat and trying to use this for castor heat therapy. Do not buy.2. This flannel does not infuse the oil into your body. It's just like any piece of cut clothe. It does nothing. I have no idea as to why the deceive with so much the difference with this product from this company.3. It had dry up almost all the oil on the flannel or piece of clothe before the next use! It does not even soak up the oil to infuse into your body in the first place. It will leave you wondering what the heck you had just bought. if you are familiar with this exercise. You could tell the difference! It so huge. I am so disappointed, I won't be buying AGAIN! 1Good for polishing silver jewelry!I bought it for use as a poultice sheet, but never got around to that. I use it to polish jewelry! It works great on silver without any added substance at all. 5Edges fray :(Honestly, I'm rather disappointed. I think for the price the edges should have been bound on a serger, or at least cut with pinking shears so it wouldn't fray in the (very gentle) wash. It's only a third of a yard of fabric.
