HIGH QUALITY, EFFECTIVE PRODUCTI have tested numerous superfood products over the last few years and this product comes up top! Had it tested by the naturopath to see if it was both effective and necessary and it is powerful. I take half a scoop twice a day. Haven't had a cold or illness for years.5Great Ingredients - Not So Great TasteNot a fan. The ingredient list is excellent; however, it tastes 'off'. No matter what I added to my protein shakes (ie; cinnamon, berries, honey), it simply would not mask the taste. I have used Greens Powders for a couple of year and understand that they taste, well . . 'green'. I'm not referring to this natural 'grassy' flavor when objecting to the taste of this particular brand. I mean, that the flavor is strong and bitter. Life is too short to eat bad food. My diet is very clean (Keto/Primal), so I am extremely fussy about what I eat. And it has to taste great! This is not the one for me. I really like the NutraChamps brand.2Previous product resold...I've purchased Greens + several times and have enjoy the taste and all the benefits. My most recent purchase on 12/24/15 the product unfortunately had already been previously open and used - based on the seal being mostly pulled back and powder under the lid. The manufacturer most likely wasn't at fault, but the third party distributor probably received a return item and recent it as a new purchase.. I did contact the manufacturer and they were quite helpful and were going to contact the distributor(Mapleleaf nutrition).. Make sure the product seal on this product is intact, before you use it. My previous purchases 5 star, this experience 1 star..3Photo and label need to be correctedI have been drinking the berry version of greens plus for about 2 years now. Before that I drank the regular one with a bit of juice or Gatorade. I switched to the berry one because I could drink it with just water and steer clear of the sugar I was adding the the plain greens plus. I just bought a can in September of 2013. The outside of the container was different, the price was a few bucks higher and the powder was "different". It tastes poorly and grittier. I really don't like it now. I may try the regular again and see if its still palatable.Update 2/8/2014- I ordered this product again and got another formula, Advanced Multi Wild Berry Superfood. This one tastes better. The last label said,Superfood Wild Berry. The picture and description need to be corrected. I am going ahead with another order in hopes that they send the Advanced Multi.Update 3/1/2014- I got the superfood version again! They need to change the photos and description. This product has obviously been reformulated into 2 different products. Advanced multi and superfood3Smell and taste is very off-putting!I could not even choke down more than 4 sips. It's not chocolatey at all. Tastes like grass and smells like a swamp. Because of the amazing benefits, I really wanted to like this product... But I just can't! This claims to have a wild berry flavor - nope! The ingredients look great, but one is "sea vegetables." Not sure what that is, but there is a distinct "sea" flavor to the product. It seems to overpower everything else. I mixed a 1/2 cup with a glass of juice and just couldn't stomach it. I'm going to try a "red" superfood product in the future.3Yay!I really liked this in my smoothie! Great tasting and so much easier than keeping fresh greens around that go bad so quickly. My favorite fat burning smoothie: 1 cup unsweetened almondmilk, 1 cup blueberries, 1 scoop greens +, 1 scoop grass fed organic vanilla protein powder, 1 Tablespoon coconut oil (or 1/4 avocado), dash of cayenne pepper. Blend. Enjoy!5... using this for about 2 years now and I love the productI have been using this for about 2 years now and I love the product. As soon as I wake up I drink a cup with water to get the most potent use and with in seconds I have a boost of energy. To me the taste isn't all that bad it has a mild sweet taste to it enough to be able to drink. But it is worth it to get the servings I need! I've researched other greens products with different companies and this is on the top of the list to me.5
