WASHABLE: If they are not sticky enough after several days use or run into dirts, please wash them with warm water, let them dry, it will back strong sticky, and you can use them again.

What a relief. Highly recommend.Love love love these. I have a high instep and these were perfect. The fabric covered one is so comfortable in my sandals and the plastic ones for in my shoes work well. Easy to move them a few times to get just the right position and they still stick. I've been wearing them now for about 2 months without any issue. Highly recommend.5Happy with my purchase.My package arrived on time no strange/stronge rubber smell softgel and soft cloth adhesive padding very easy to use and insert into my shoe the supports are removable and reusable just as advertise all colors shown are the colors that were in the box I have only been wearing the shoes with the adhesive arch support for about 3 days inside combat boots, wedge ankle, and uggs shoes they are barely noticeable and comfortable. They stay in place as well. However I wish they were a tad bit thicker where the padding touches to center of arch. Overall I'm happy with my purchase. These supports prevent that pain.5My knee pain is gone, thank you!The gel arch support is very helpful, my left knee has had pain for 18 years, I did not know it is because I have a very low arch. After using it for 24 hours, my knee pain was 95% gone, now after a few months, the pain is 100% gone. I found that due to my small feet, I need to place the gel support closer to the edge of the shoes. I have to use super glue to glue them in the shoes.5So supportive!Four pairs! What a deal.
