Product has Changed!I'm a mess...pinkie finger on right hand is like carpal tunnel--only not---I sit at the computer way too much and my finger doesn't want to straighten up..and it hurts. I just pulled on a sleeve and it's like INSTANT relief...it's wonderful.Moving to my left hand-middle finger--my middle joint sometimes locks--I believe it's referred to as a trigger finger--same thing --the sleeve isn't so tight that you can't move--just offers wonderful. gentle support. The shame of this is --I have a package full of sizes I don't want or need.However, for the price and excellent speedy delivery I WOULD recommend this product-even if you don't have need for all the sleeves right now-who knows - one day you may.UPDATE - I felt I had to come back and update. Who knew that by stabilizing my pinkie finger it would, in fact strengthen my hand. I was able to do things that were difficult, if not impossible to do 2 days ago.I wore the sleeve all night last nigh on my trigger finger also--took it off this morning...blessed relief--a finger that moves and wasn't "locked"UPDATE -couple of days later---this is really depressing-just as other reviewers have stated -the sleeves are beginning to unravel and shred---they sure don't last long---now that I know what a benefit they are-I guess I need to go look at a better made optionPROBLEM SOLVED--I turned the sleeve inside out--the seam is no longer visible or snagging--no more unraveling!UPDATE 3/13/2016 Finally needed more finger sleeves---not happy at all---no selection AT ALL of sizes as in prior orders---just two sizes...cut your circulation off - TIGHT --and do no good at all-sloppy big! 2the material is too sticky to be useful to meI bought these to use with my laptop trackpad because my fingers don't slide. Sadly, the material is too sticky to be useful to me. Not the product's fault or the seller's, so I'm still giving them 5 stars. They don't seem to be too fragile. I'm a woman with stumpy fingers and these fit a little tight, but not too bad. I think they'd be tight on a person with big hands. I'm going to see if cotton film gloves work better on my trackpad, but if you need something with traction these should be good. 5Great for Finger CracksSurprisingly these finger tip protectors are great! I get deep cracks on my thumbs when the weather turns cold and I started using these at night after putting Aquafor on my fingers. The cracks started to heal after the first night. I reuse one of these for a few nights then throw it out. The box has S/M/L finger covers and I use the large for my thumbs (I'm female with medium size hands, glove size 7.5). 5They Fall Apart right away but work when NOT falling apartThese would work great for compression or preventing sores, chaffing when needed. However, they are obviously cut from long sewn Tubes of material and are not sealed at the ends. So the seams fray and split right away once they are put on and stress is put on the seams. They work good if not for that. I needed a protective, thin bandage like finger sleeve for my thumb while wearing a plastic spica that was chaffing and beginning to hurt. These worked well when I folded one end over the form sitting spica over the thumb. But every one I tried began to split right away. I took some fabric no sew glue to the ends of the seams to stop the splitting. It worked for now but I shouldn't have to do that with a brand new product. They are made of durable material that would last if it were not for the seam problem which is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. If they fixed the problem with the seams and came in sizes of your choice I would order more. 2varied sizes but expensiveI should have paid more attention to the description. I was expecting something to reuse, not disposable finger cots. Larger quantity a much better buy from other sellers 2Meh!I've now worn 3 different sizes from this assortment. Whether it fit perfectly or a teensy too loose, the seams started to fray by the second day of use. There are other products out there and I'll be trying them. The assortment is nice if, like me, you can't get an accurate measurement without a patient assistant, anatomy chart and a metric conversion app. The downside is that you have more than a couple of sleeves that don't fit. 2A decent product but there's another finger sleeve I like betterThese are good finger sleeves, but if you just want one size which is small but not too tight or too loose, this variety pack won't work well for you. You are stuck with many sleeves of sizes you can't use.If you look at the photos I've attached, you can, if you greatly enlarge the photos, see that these finger sleeves are somewhat color coded in that each size is sewn with a different color of thread. The trouble is, to me personally, the black, blue and dark green thread colors that the manufacturer chose to use appear identical unless I use a magnifying glass to stare at them--which is a big problem. Only the red thread used on the small size is obvious, which was fortunate for me because that's the only size that fit my fingers. Because of this issue, I had to sort these sleeves by size and store them separately in the plastic box they came in (see first photo).I have owned this brand in the past, and they hold up well, but they aren't as good as the Blue 10PCS Sports Elastic Finger Sleeve Protector, which I bought recently. That brand comes in one size, and was much more comfortable and durable and better suited to my own purposes.These sleeves are hand washable, and when washed, they dry well and hold their shape. I lay them flat on a clean washcloth to dry. 4Horrid qualityThese are possibly the cheapest and most poorly made product I have ever had the misfortune to buy. I have tendinitis/arthritis in my pinky finger, and the compression gloves are nice, but I wanted something just for the finger. I bought these expecting a little better quality. They immediately "ran" when first pulling them on. After about 4 wearings, the sewing along the seam started coming undone. I have worn the one about 6 times and it has run, much like stockings, barely has any elasticity left to it and is coming apart and leaving fuzzy lint everywhere. They aren't that expensive, but considering I have a multi-pack with only a few small enough for my pinky, it is rather disappointing.I would not recommend these. Not worth the time or money invested. 1XL was perfect for my trigger thumb but seam started to open almost immediatelyPerfect for trigger thumb. But the other reviewers are right. Seam started to rip out as soon as I put it on. They are not back stitching to lock the seam. I can fix this on my sewing machine - I guess I can manage the sewing machine even with a bad thumb. Also had to buy the whole box when all I needed was XL for my thumb. I have medium size lady hands (size 7 ring finger) and the XL fit my right thumb perfectly. It would be too tight for average man's thumb for sure.As long as I need to get my sewing machine plugged in to fix the seam on my new finger sleeve, I might as well try to sew some of my own finger sleeves using a piece of wide elastic from the waist on an old pair of the hubby's underwear. :-) 3FINGER SLEEVESIt is very hard and time consuming to put the sleeve on your finger. The sleeve is very small, it seems to be more fit for a child with small slender fingers. After i finally managed to slip it on my finger, I could not keep it on for long because it stopped the blood circulation if the finger. I would not recommend it. 1
