Good Tea, if Alcohol Free, Just Not for UsOkay, so many things to say:First, I ordered this tea for my cat who has been in need of a little extra boost lately. I heard many great reviews about it and was curious to try it out. Let me first say, I don't actually have many problems with this product, mainly just one big concern...which I am surprised I didn't see mentioned in the reviews when I purchased this product...which is why I chose to write a review.This item contains a substaintial amount of alcohol, when even diluted, is very noticeable. When opening it smells really strong and kind of stinky, but I thought that was normal. Gave it to my cat and he HATED it. It became difficult to give with dropper, so I saw a website that suggested putting in food, even though for best effect it should be given on an empty stomach. But, of course this didn't work because the smell was so strong he knew he was being duped and wouldn't eat it.So, finally I deceided to try it to see what he was "complaining" about, and OMG it was digusting. It tasted like a drank rubbing alcohol mixed with herbs. I was so upset that I had tried to make him drink it.To be fair, I never used THIS formula long enough to know it works, and I do believe it did for others, which is why 3 stars, but with the alcohol, it was not for us. Since then I have purchased a herb form of the tea and started brewing it myself. It takes much longer, but it smells and tastes much better, entirely different, and this way I know what we are drinking. :)Good luck everyone and happy buying!3Preventative measuresFamily member with cancer is not going to subject themselves to the barbaric painful treatment, just to die miserably.We will all support our each other with what God gave to the Native American Indians, the success rate is better and no pain.5"The Elixir"Used this on my 11 year old fox terrier which was was diagnosed with malignant melanoma on his gum-line. His tumor was about a quarter in size and was getting larger everyday. Vets recommended chemotharapy but I knew we could take a more holistic approach. That's when I started to research natural ways to beat cancer and essiac was one of the things mentioned along side CBD oils. When we started to give essiac three times we saw almost immediately results within the week. The tumor was less inflamed and after three months of use his tumor has shrunk 95%. Cannot really say that my dog is cancer free yet, but it has drastically improved my dogs life. Because I am over 70 and female the damage to the nerves causes pain in one part of my waist. The other side effect it brought me was a huge drop in my energy. I am a very healthy senior and I don't take any medications. I had remembered Essiac from years ago when I made the tea. That was quite a process so when I found this it was perfect. Within a week my energy had a huge spike up and I felt better from head to foot. My immune system is probably up now too from the drag it took this past year. I also find that with more energy that I am happier and enjoy doing harder tasks.I have heard first hand comments from cancer patients that this has also given them energy, better eating habits and has actually reduced the cancer.Don't expect this to taste good. It is bitter and compares to a shot of vodka. There is no side effect. I take 3 teaspoons in the morning and the same at night. I will continue to take this for sometime.Just a few weeks ago I did get my shingles shot. For those who have arthritis a simple homemade med for the pain is to soak a good amount of raisins in a jar covered with gin. Let it soak for 5 days. It does not need refrigeration. Take 10 raisins per day. We have quite a group of us doing this and have really eliminated our pain. I even ran up the stairs the other day. We are having quite a party here with our senior cocktail hour, wouldn't you say.5I have skin cancer on my forehead. started rubbing ...I have skin cancer on my forehead. started rubbing this concentrate on it for the last 5 years. As long as I do it regularily the cancer goes away.I also have a tumor in my leg which caused pain if driving over an hour. I started rubbing this concentrate on it for the last 5 years and the tumorregressed and I do not have any more pain although if I quit rubbing it in, it seems to return. INTERESTING and IMPRESSIVE. At age 77 still playing tennis provided I drink at least 6 glasses of water each day. Essiac and water are my only medical treatments so far.5Godsend in a bottleMy ex used Essiac when he was diagnosed with cancer and we were all delighted in its effectiveness at what it does. I thought I d give it a try in light of my own non cancerous health complaints.I wasn t especially fond of the flavor initially. But with a little extra clean water I found it more palatable.As this is my first bottle I don t want to presume all the changes I have felt are exclusively related to this tea; it isn t the only change I made at this time. I do plan to continue to take this tea in modified doses as needed.5Possibly a worthy supplement to add to your daily regimenI'm about half way thru a bottle. I'm a long time advocate of essential oils and healing herbs and this supplement was recommended by a holistic friend. The taste doesn't bother me (in about half glass of water) and the first week I took it --I thought I found a wonder drug (I have fibromyalgia and at the time I started taking it, I also had a sinus infection). I'm not going to say its cured anything but there was a noticeable difference in my energy level (and not edgy caffeine type energy). I'm taking a dropperful twice a day. I'm going to continue using it for 6 months or so and hopefully will continue to see small improvements. My philosophy is we don't sick over night so don't expect to get well over night ...4All during Chemo I took drank 2 cups of Caisses's Tea without Alcohol and I did great. My numbers were greatRene Caisse did not have Alcohol in her herbal formula. This bottle is misleading it shows a picture of Rene on bottle and her signature on the back so you think you are getting the original formula. Read the book, Essiac A Native Herbal Cancer Remedy. All during Chemo I took drank 2 cups of Caisses's Tea without Alcohol and I did great. My numbers were great. From day, one taking this formula with Alcohol, i felt tired, no energy at all, I felt like was walking around with hangover all day. I don't drink Alcohol of any kind so I knew it had to be this formula. I stop taking it felt better and got my energy back. I even called the number on the bottle to find out why they changed the formula and added Alcohol. I never got a response back fom them.1I would recommend this product to anyone who has immune disorders and ...I've had asthma my whole life, and after taking this supplement for 2 weeks, my asthma symptoms only flared up 1 every few months, instead of everyday! I would recommend this product to anyone who has immune disorders and overall poor health.5
