I give it a best value rating, all things considered.This elbow brace was exactly as described and frankly better than I expected given all the complaining I read about similar items. The quality of the brace was excellent durable fabric, careful construction/stitchery, and strong Velcro straps. Contrary to some reviewers I had no trouble getting it tightly wrapped around my arm. The removable nylon splint gave considerable added stiffness when I needed it at first, but I found it was sufficiently stiff without the splint after a few weeks, which made the brace more comfortable to wear. I suppose the heat treatment trick to bend the splint a little might be helpful for some. I should say that my orthopedic md was also quite impressed with it, especially after I had turned down his recommended huge, elaborate (and expensive) arm brace as overkill for my ulnar nerve damage situation and we looked together online for reasonable alternatives. For the price ($25) I don t think you ll find better value if you need an arm-stiffening elbow brace for any reason. 5Works great for cubital tunnel syndrome!Works great for cubital tunnel syndrome. Just remember that it takes weeks or months for nerves to heal. This brace works perfectly and stabilizes my arm while I sleep, which is typically the time that I bend my arm the most. My only complaint is that the splint started to come through the opening within a couple of weeks. I don't know whether the hole/opening is "built-in" or if the splint broke through. Either way, it was an easy fix with a small piece of Velcro. 4Having Cubital Tunnel syndrom is no fun, but might as well try this.I don't think it's fair to say it's uncomfortable because it's intended to keep you from bending your arm too much when you sleep. Sure enough, that wakes me right up, but it is doing what it is supposed to do. It's used for cubital tunnel problems, which I have. The fabric and trim are not uncomfortable and the Velcro makes it very adjustable. If you have to deal with Cubital Tunnel problems, this may work well for you. Cost is very reasonable. 4Excellent for Cubital TunnelI don't typically write reviews, but I thought this one was warranted. I have had cubital tunnel with tingling and pain through my elbows down town my ring fingers....right and left sides for several weeks. When I first put this on, I thought it wasn't going to work. I quickly realized, you have to ensure that the hard, unbendable part of it needs to be positioned correctly down the front (so your elbow can't bend all the way)! I slept with it on the left elbow the first night I received it and I could not believe how comfortable it was! I woke up in the morning with NO PAIN....after experiencing pain for several weeks! I am now ordering for the right side. Now...with that said...this arm cuff just fits my arm. If I had smaller arms, this would slide all over the place and would not do its job. I am female, 5'6" with a larger sized arms/biceps. I wish they would have made it so that you can make it as tight as you want, but it gets to the point where you can only tighten it so much. If I get any smaller, I think I will need to wrap a towel or something underneath it to get the full benefit. Overall, I'm extremely pleased and I am ordering a second one for the right side. Also, I'm wearing the left during the day too! :-) 5Spot on treatment for tingly finger syndrome.This fits my arm perfectly. I was looking for something to try to aid me with what we expect is an early stage of cubital tunnel syndrome (nerve going through your elbow is irritated and pinky and outside half of ring finger go numb/tingly - like hitting your funny bone repeatedly). I sleep with this on and I make it through the full day without any symptoms.I was not expecting it, but there is an inner piece of thin fabric to initially place the wrap over your arm. It definitely aids in getting it positioned properly.Overall, well designed with high quality materials. It's nice enough looking that I'm tempted to order one for the office for the days when I forget to wear it the night before. 5Good brace but may slip some if wearing with long sleeve shirt underneathItem is as advertised. I gave lower rating based on one thing, it slips off/down my arm overnight. I bought this to help with ulnar nerve problem. Stays on and supports adequately during the day, but overnight slides. I am wearing a long sleeve shirt under the brace and this may contribute to movement. I have tried without and stays a bit better, but unless you go to an elastic type which gives much more compression than what I am looking for don't know it you will find something better. I reviewed all the different elbow braces on Amazon before buying this. I can get some movement, flexing of the arm, so not totally immobilized, but I am using as a "reminder" to keep my arm straight while I sleep. I am satisfied and might buy another for my left arm. 4Pleased with the brace...It's a little big (I'm a petite/small person), but still fits pretty well and does the job. I previously used a plastic brace that keeps your arm around 90 degrees, and it was miserable to sleep in. This is very comfortable and keeps my arm relatively straight. Definitely helps lessen cubital nerve issues caused by sleeping position. Very pleased. 5Not sure where all the good reviews come fromThis IMAK Elbow Support does NOT work as claimed on the Amazon website! It won't fit your elbow snugly even you tried, which gives no support at all. The removable splint is too narrow and soft which still allows my arm to bend and move around wearing it at night. My pinky and ring fingers are still numb and my elbow is still in pain after wearing it for a couple of nights. Not sure where all the good reviews come from, but it's not an effective product for my cubital tunnel syndrome at all. I wish I could return it. 1So difficult to use.This is a nightmare to put on. It puts so much strain on my arm just to try and put it on. It twists and you can t wrap it and then it s impossible to keep the splint in place!I hate this thing it s hard to sleep on, it s not comfortable and just putting it on is a huge hassle it s made so big you can never get it tight enough and the splint got messed up after the first use.Waste of money... 1Helped immediatelyI ordered these for my ulna nerve entrapment. They worked immediately. Have not had any numbness in my hands since using this product at night. Took me a few days to feel really comfortable in them. They can be a little bulky for some and possibly a little warm, but not enough to stop using. They can also sometimes slip down a little. But the immediate relief I got from them more than off sets any of this. I get more and more use to them every time I use them. 4
