Works for meSome studies say Echinacea does not help with colds. All I can say is it works for me. If I take it when first symptoms of a cold show, 9 times out of 10 the cold never develops. I think it may work differently for different people. All I know is it works for me, and that makes me happy! 5Recommend to take 7 per dayI ve taken echinacea for many years & this is as good as any other that I ve taken but I just wanted to make a note of the fact that you need to take 7 per day. It s not hidden anywhere, it does say that if you fully read the description but I can t quite give it 5 stars because a bottle of 100 only last a little over 14 days. 4Easiest 5 star review everI love this stuff. I have taken antibiotics every day for the past 4 years for a bacterial infection disease I was born with. About once or twice a year the Dr gives my body a break from the aggressive antibiotic therapy, but my immune system is completely shot. I full heartedly swear by this stuff. Even while on antibiotics I sometimes get sick if it's not bacterial, or when I'm on break I ALWAYS get sick. When I start to feel a little more under the weather than usual, I bring out my echinacea 1 pill twice a day for a week and it works miracles. Sometimes I even empty the capsules to make a tea with some local honey I was lucky to find someone sold right here in the middle of the city. Echinacea is a must have in my huge medication/first aid drawer and is the first thing I grab when I or someone around me starts feeling off and under the weather.And this price is ridiculously good as well.Easiest 5 stars ever.Just a little tip, when you start to feel like you are getting sick, along with taking this, also take some vitamin C. 5Have used this for years for my immune system.Love this product have been using it for years to help with my immune system. It may not keep all illnesses away but does help me fight things off quicker. 57 pills a day?!I just receive the product and start taking it because I get cold. However, I wouldn't have choose this product if I have saw it is taken 7 pills a day with meal prefer. I did not realize that you need to take 7 a day to get the same dosage as half the strength of the Natures Way brand I had bought before. So far that combination has kept me well. If I do get sick at all, it doesn't last long. I recommend anyone take this product especially during flu season. If you don't, don't say I didn't warn you! Another good reason is, it's not expensive! 5
