Fell apart in just a few weeks and again leaving ...Fell apart in just a few weeks and again leaving my very visually impaired mom stuck at home until we can replace it. They will not issue refunds. 1Grandma loves it!Very helpful for my blind grandmother. We usually guide her any way but the stick gives her more of a sense of direction and independence because she can feel what's ahead of her and not have to depend 100% on the person that is guiding her. 5he like it. say it work for himBought it for my uncle, he like it. say it work for him. Especially like the fact he can fold it and put it away while traveling. 3A poorly made product that can't be returned.I have been blind all my life and have used several kinds of canes. This is a piece of garbage. It only has one strand of elastic as opposed to two which are standard in quality canes. This results in pieces fitting Loosely together and therefore wiggling and making extra noise and vibration when trying to use the cane. Now add that there's also no way to use the elastic wrist strap to hold the folded pieces together as is standard in any other cane I've ever seen and you have a real problem. But wait, there's more when I try to return this came less than 5 days after receiving it, I was told that this item was not eligible for return. Really? This was an Amazon Prime order and it can't be returned. Absolutely unacceptable. I would have given this 0 stars if that were possible. 1Lightweight & easy to useI purchased this for my tenant who passed away a couple weeks later, so it's in the donation box now.I like that it was lightweight, easy to fold/unfold, came with its own plastic storage bag. I noticed it also seemed to have reflective parts, which is a nice feature. 5Four StarsCane is good, but one issue is not being able to keep tied together after fold. 4This comes apart easily and I love the pencil tipThis was my first white cane. I actually really like it. My doctor wanted me to have one to alert people to my low vision so they'll watch for me. This one reflects light wonderfully. It comes apart and goes together really easily. The end has an elastic strap that you can wrap around your wrist. The only drawback is when the cane is apart there is no way to secure it . but I have found this to be the case with all white canes. wish someone would put a piece of Velcro on them to wrap around them and secure them when they're apart. On both my canes I've tied a knot in the elastic strap on the end so I can loop the end around it a couple times when it's apart to hold it together . Otherwise it will go back together and not stay folded up. but I have found this to be the case with my other Kane also.I found the cane to be really sturdy. I'm rather short at five foot two and this one came short enough for me I need 46 in. 5Couldn't get tip offDid not like because couldn't get the tip off to put the Ambutech Rolling Ball on as advertised. Had to pay return shipping for the ball. BAD decision to buy these two. 1Not durableThe bottom broken within 30-days, and I need to order another one. 2Son loves it!My son has been blind for about 6 months now and has done went through a few canes, he loves this one! He can easily change the tip when needed and he hasn t broken this one yet and he s had it over a month. It came with a mushroom tip but he was able to easily change out to the roller tip and he changes back and forth, I ve bought a cane before that was unable to change the tip. All in all this one is he beat so far I will definitely get again when needed 5
