It's kind of weird. It almost made my feet ...It's kind of weird. It almost made my feet feel numb because of the little bumps. My feet weren't as tired at the end of my work shift, but I think I need something with more arch support. 4My dogs are no longer barkingI m a CNA and these insoles have been amazing. I walk anywhere from 6-8 miles every day at work, constantly bending over and lifting. While I m still tired at the end of the day, these insoles have made a huge difference in my foot/lower back pain.Cons: a pair lasted me about two months but, given my job description, it s not surprising. I ll keep buying as long as they make them. 5Only inserts that worked for my peripheral neuropathy!!!I cannot speak to this item relieving back or foot pain necessarily, or general fatigue; but I can speak to the excellent help they gave me during a bout with peripheral neuropathy - in other words - a pins and needles and tingling/burning I had in my feet for over six months due to a bad reaction from a flu shot (excess mercury in the blood confirmed by physician). As such, I will NEVER get another flu shot again. Months and months of discomfort and worry before diagnosis (I feared it was something much worse). Anyway... That neuropathy is also common to diabetics too.It was awful and pretty much nonstop for 6-8 months EXCEPT much better when wearing these inserts in sneakers. For the record, I tried many other inserts before trying these. I tried everything from memory foam (marketed for sport, work, whatever), I tried fluffy sheepskin inserts, liquid filled inserts...basically most anything on the market before coming g across these at an actual store in my city.I think it must be the little raised bubbles because that's the only thing that makes these different from most other inserts on the market. As stated, these are fabulous for peripheral neuropathy symptoms such as mine (regardless of cause), or Morton's Neuroma (I would expect) or any nerve issue in the feet. 5Not my favorite InsoleI purchased these Sore Soles insoles for my work shoes because I always purchase Dr. Scholl's brand insoles to help my aching feet and back. This was my first time purchasing this particular model, and while they did offer me more comfort than my standard shoe insoles, they are not my favorite Dr Scholls insoles to purchase and I would not likely buy them again. I found the nodules inside to be irritating to the bottom of my foot rather than stimulating or massaging as described. Kinda made it feel like a balled up sock. 3Get the "Work" Dr. Scholls!These things sucked for me. I took the Dr. Scholls test and it said that these would be perfect for me...they lied. These things didn't help my feet at all. I used them for when I worked at an Amazon fulfillment center which means 10 hr days of slavery. Literally by the 3rd hour my feet would start aching. I, being the skeptic I am, also bought the Dr. Scholls "Work" inserts and those things work GREAT! They feel so good to have on that I bought a second set for my brand new boots. Good luck. 2Solid SoleLove the textured bumps and extra support on these insoles. Bought an offbrand sold here on Amazon that was basically memory foam and didn't like them. The memory foam ones felt really squishy and not supportive. These give your foot a more natural feel (in my case) in a boot without making the situation squishy and sweaty. The bumps on these also kind of really do massage your feet and feel good. 5Not what I expectedI bought these hoping they would give my feet some relief and they did not do as well as I had hoped.It is thinner than I was expecting and not much Gel to make much of a difference with my feet since I stand all day long.I am still on a search for comfy foot inserts that make my feet happy... :)Tania 3Working well for meAfter a few bad attempts to buy insoles that work I found these. What a difference it made for my feet. The insoles seem to redistribute the weight on your feet and if you have Morton s Neuroma it might put a smile back on your face. I was a little worried about the significant bubble feel, but it turns out it is really comfortable. I would even go as far as saying they feel good. 5After 3 days my feet and back hurt worse than it did without them.I bought these along with a new pair of work boots which I was long overdue for, the ones I did have were so worn down that they made my knees hurt.I'm on my feet all day in a warehouse environment, so I figured these would be perfect for what I do. I could not have been more wrong. The first day they were ok, took a little getting used to but I did feel better. Second day they were a mild annoyance. By the third day I was ripping them out of my boots and tossing them in the trash. I would not recommend these. 1The BEST insole on the market!!!I'm on my feet A LOT and would not dream of not having these is my shoes. I buy all of my shoes 1/2 to 1 size larger than normal to accommodate the insoles. I even put these in my athletic shoes that have a memory foam insole. 5
