Helped me feel more comfortable in my KedsHelped me feel more comfortable in my Keds. Since they're so low to the ground, my heel felt more rested and hurt less. I would give 5 stars but the cushions have a hard time staying in place and makes my socks slip off. I have to keep adjusting my socks and keep adjusting my cushions. If they would fix that, it would have 4 or 5 stars. 3ThinThin, no cushion 1OkThis definitely does not give me as much cushion as I was hoping. It helps a little bit but not much. Still trying find something better. I have a tendency of standing on my heels which makes it very bad for my shoes. 2Almost perfectlove the item, helps with the heel pain but does not stay in place in the shoe, which is very annoying and uncomfortable .. should have a adhesive on them 4Perfect to relieve bone spur pain!Whenever I feel I may be developing a bone spur on my heel, I place these in my shoes. My doctor had mentioned these to me after I developed my first bone spur about 8 years ago. After stretching exercises, and wearing these, it went away! These work best with flats (not high heels or ankle boots with heels). Of course, consult your doctor if you have foot pain, but I have found these to greatly relieve my heel pain. 5These are greatI put them under the insoles of my fisherman sandals and they don't slip at all. They raise my heels just enough so that the back of the shoes doesn't rub against my heel anymore. A perfect solution! And besides, I saw these at Walgreen's for $18. Glad I ordered them from Amazon. 5Problem solved!I ordered a pair of Lacoste slip-on shoes from Amazon at a great price. When they arrived, the back of the shoe sat high and was rubbing at the top of my heel. Since the rest of the shoe fit well, a full insole would have made them too tight, so I bought these heel inserts to give my foot the lift it needed to clear the back of the shoe. It worked well, problem solved while providing some added comfort! 5Only things that work for me.I haven't been able to find these for women for a while and my last pair have basically disintegrated. I find some for men though but can't use them. I had been walking around without them for a while now and couldn't figure out why I'd come home and my feet would feel really bad, not one specific spot but just in general. When I did get these from Amazon and stuck them in my sneakers, voila! like magic my feet are happy again, no pain anymore. And, yes, I'd tried orthodics but they didn't work and made all my wide shoes even tighter on my feet giving me other aches to deal with on top of the original ones. These make walking a pleasure again. 5Great for treating plantar fasciitis and shin splintsI have issues with plantar fasciitis and these pads help to give my heels an additional layer of protection. I wear these in every pair of tennis shoes and have used them to treat shin splints before. I suffered from shin splints in high school and college while playing sports and nothing seemed to help. Someone told me to try putting these inserts into my shoes. I did and within a couple of weeks my shin splints went away. 5Not badI didn't buy them for comfort,. I am hoping they will help my plantar fasciitis. I've been wearing them a few weeks. They aren't helping. But I do notice I have more arch support with them. This is something you need to try personally to see if they are comfortable. 4
