Not before bed!This is the first green drink I have ever tried. It has a clean, "healthy" taste to it and I do like it. I feel I have more energy but I've not kicked my coffee habit. :)My husband made the mistake of taking this product at night and ended up having to go to the gym in the middle of the night cause he had so much energy and could not sleep! Just don't take it at night.4This Stuff is Awesome. Blood Pressure 124 over 75.This stuff is awesome. I came back from the doctor's today, and she said she didn't see anything wrong. I did get blood drawn to check for blood sugars and my thyroid since I'm in my 40s. So it could be sluggish. But she says, "You're doing great. See you next year." Last year I was considered pre-diabetic. Blood pressure came out 124 over 75. But I'm still heavy and got lots of pounds to lose. In time I will.I also have been following his advice about eating 7 to 10 cups of salad a day and only 3 to 6 oz of animal protein. Big difference! I wasn't hungry at all during the day.I've been taking Dr. Berg's wheatgrass juice powder for the past three weeks and it's done wonders for my energy, even on the days when my sleep wasn't as solid and I was afraid I would be dragging the next day.When you first open the container, you can smell the fresh aromatic smell of light seaweed and cut lawn, but when you drink it, it does taste a bit like unsweetened ice tea. It really tastes good with cold water and a packet of Sweet Leaf stevia. You'll get used to the taste. Keep it up over the course of a few weeks. You'll feel much better.5Beware the stevia sweetened version - it's way too sweet!I'm sure that this is a great product, but I accidentally ordered the version with stevia - and it is horribly sweet. I can't stand it and will have to order the plain - what a waste of money. I don't understand why anyone would want sweetened wheat grass, but it was my mistake for not looking at the label more carefully.4Safe and effective preworkout for weight training.I was looking for an alternative to preworkout. Want to limit the amount of unhealthy "crap" I put in my body. Wanted to take something that would give me energy and also process in my body safely. I've been taking Dr. Berg's Wheat Grass powder for a a week now and I can saw I have no need to take an unhealthy preworkout again. My energy prior to my weight training is as great as it was with preworkout powders. The scent made me nervous because it smelled just like fresh cut grass but the taste was smooth just like advertised. It didn't taste like berries but it wasn't horrible either.5High quality.I am an experienced juicer but have shied away from wheat grass juice due to its strong flavor. This powder is smooth, slightly sweet, not too "green" and reminds me of high quality matcha tea. Drinking Wheat Grass Juice Powder for breakfast whilst having a double cheese burger with bacon and a diet soda for lunch or pizza for dinner will sure create "no results" for you. So if you are going to invest in this / any product, it is in your best interest to have a holistic approach to your overall diet / health / lifestyle, otherwise save your money until you are fully committed to changing your health / diet habits.Wishing You All Health And Wellness!5I like the product but there were some issuesThis product is what it describes to be, it was an authentic wheatgrass juice flavor and is very powerful at alkalizing the body. It gave me energy but not like a coffee jolt, more I feel a little more motivated to do these errands & then surprised at how much I got done. But that is only when I take it 3-4 hours after I've eaten, not like how they suggest on the label. My biggest issue is the container is much smaller then I expected for over $40 and there is so much settlement that it's almost less then half full when you open the jar :-) my response it to feel ripped-off even though it may be a good product. Also, the label emphasises that1/2 teaspoon is a serving, it would have been nice if it included a scoop, there sure was enough room in the container.3Dr. Berg's Raw Wheat Grass Juice Powder is Amazing!I have been purchasing Dr. Berg's Adrenal Kit on auto ship for 2 months now. I asked myself, How can drinking green wheat grass make you feel as good as everyone claims"? "Really"???? Let me tell you honestly......- YES.... REALLY and then some! I LOVE Dr. Berg's Wheatgrass Juice. A little bit goes a long way, it smells so fresh - like you just know by smelling it that it is going to be so good for you. I take a little tupperware container (like you use to put salad dressing in, a couple teaspoons of the powder) of it to work and about 3:00 p.m., when I start to feel that "slump" I fix myself some Wheat Grass Juice and it revives me right way - I have energy and I am alert - there is no crash right afterwards. I feel great the rest of the day. My nails have started to get stronger, my skin clearer and my hair used to be brittle and thinning, now my nails are growing strong, my skin glows and I am seeing way less hair in the drain after my shower, gotta' love that!
