environment friendly (one of the few) and pretty darned good tasting too + terrific value!so my first coffee k-cup purchase was Dunkin Donuts (come on.. gotta be! especially living out west where we don't always have access to Dunkin...). Bought these because they use recyclable packaging in their k-cups and that was extremely important to me. You just tear off the top (much like a large version of a restaurant cremer) and dump/rinse the coffee grounds. Then into the recycling bin it goes. THANK YOU for making recyclable K-CUPS!As for taste. I actually like it BETTER than Dunkin Donuts! (I have a bias towards rich, strong coffee). As these are much better value per cup over a Dunkin - these are definitely my repeat bulk buys for socially mindful, great tasting, great value coffee. I can then nit pick for specizlized coffees in lesser numbers for entertaining.5Received 60, not 80.I paid for an 80 ct. and only received 60. Yes, I counted them, TWICE! The pods were just thrown into a cardboard box, loose. Definitely did not look like 80, and with good reason because it was short 20 pods. Please contact me to make this right. Asap!1Quite YummyI was leery about getting hot chocolate cups. Could it possibly taste anything like real hot chocolate, really, from such a small container? Yes...yes it does! I was amazed at the flavor. This is a definitely a do over!5Great coffee....I like this brand, it is strong and that is what I like it puts hair on your chest, I like strong coffee. My beef is it advertised 80 pods, like most of the other reviewers, my was short. It was only shorted by one, and that can be somewhat over looked. Mistakes happen, we are all human. I think the bean counters should be a little precise when counting, to many mistakes is bad for business. Again we are all human and that is the reason for losing one star. Thank you for your product. Will buy again, hoping next time to get all 80 pods. 4best so farSo far out of the many K-Cup hot cocoas/chocolates I've tried this one is the best. While none of them will ever measure up to homemade, this one comes the closest. It has a good chocolate flavor and no discernable (to me) aftertaste like so many of them do. It's also reasonably priced which makes it even better. If you could give 1/2 stars, I'd give it a 4 1/2.4Very similar to Green Mountain's Dark MagicI wasn't familiar with this brand when I purchased these pods during Amazon's Prime Day. I was so happy to find they are very, very close in flavor to Green Mountain's Dark Magic and at a much better price. I even went as far as to buy some Dark Magic to compare them side-by-side, and I truly could not tell any difference.Double Donut's Espresso Roast really adds depth of flavor if your palate can handle it. For those who might find the coffee too strong for them (and don't mind a LARGE cup of coffee), consider diluting it with a mild light roast breakfast blend. My usual morning cup is 10 oz of Espresso Roast and 10 oz of breakfast blend, but the Espresso Roast is definitely drinkable on its own.Lastly, when I counted the pods in my box, it was missing one of the 80. I can live with that considering the good deal I got on it, but manufacturing and packaging technology these days is sophisticated enough to prevent any missing product. I hope the seller will take note.5Hard to Puncture PodThe coffee has a nice flavor, not to stong as some might think. My reason for 3 star versus 4 is the thickness/stiffness of the pods. So far 2 out of 10 used failed because coffee maker did not puncture bottom of pod. After checking it looks like the bottom is much stiffer then other brands I used.3Taste and price hard to beat!Kcups are different for sure! Instead of a flat bottom, it has a large round indentation in the middle. Okay though, the bottom needle pokes a hole where it should. We have a newer Keurig... The Kcafe (brew regular coffee, lattes and capuchinos) love it! Had no problem poking the hole in the bottom though it is harder plastic than the norm. Ordering 80 count I was a bit concerned from some of the other reviews that their Keurig would not puncture the bottom. Okay, now the expresso coffee. It is good IF you like strong coffee! This is my go to each morning and if you are making lattes or caps you need a strong expresso. Very good flavor and can't beat the price! .29 cents per 80 count. You Can't really Tell Till you Brew a Cup Of Water! And No Returns are Available. I Guess I won't be buying it anymore.1Espresso Blend Great coffee at a Fantastic price Plus free 2 day shipping. No Brainer.I just bought the Espresso Roast blend. The coffee is excellent. I see people s reviews saying it has poor packing. What do you want? You are buying bulk and it s in a brown box. I don t know how that makes it poor packing. I guess they need pretty pictures to make them happy. The coffee is fantastic and the price is great. I like my coffee strong so I usually get the Espresso blends and this was one of the better brands. I have been getting Barrie House Espresso blend for over a year and it was very good but the don t offer 2 day shipping, Plus I think Double Dounut is a little bit better. I do want to try some of their other blends as well. I am so happy I tried Double Donut.5
