As good as professionalI have done cupping a few times and love how it feels after... but i hated paying upwards of 100 bucks everytime which stopped me from doing this very frequently. I tried these once and they worked out pretty well. So even if you use them once and discard like professionals do, there are enough for you to have three to four treatments with one purchase making it very cost effective. If you plan to resuse, i cant speak of durability as yet or if the gun that creates the vaccum will last very long.5Great kitI love this kit. It is durable and works well. Has cups for all different size muscles. Only thing is you cannot tell which is the positive and which is the negative magnet. But the kit is still better than most!5Back Pain ReliefThis cupping set has been worth every penny to help start to relieve my back pain. I m thinking of buying more sets for family members as well.
