I start feeling the effects in the evening which I think is a pretty long time but I honestly dont mind it as ...I use 8 oz of water and TWO tea bags to make this stronger. After taking this 4 days straight, my jeans fit more comfortably.4You only get 25 bags. Not 100.I am so dissapointed! First off, yes the tea works wonders! I buy it for my mom who struggles with regularity and it works like a charm. I drink it too sometimes when I m a little bloated. We Drink it with just a little bit of water like half a cup before bed (the taste it s awful but we just drink it like that) and about 8 hours later BAM! Better be near a bathroom because you will blow it up!** Now! What s disappointing it s the vendor. It is advertised as 100 ct bags and I only received 25!Find another vendor to get the 25 ct bags for a lot less money. The box was so squashed but I don t care about that as much as the fact that I was promised 100 bags and only received 25.Ridiculous.I wish the item was returnable because I SO would return It ; just to be petty.1BEST PRODUCTOk so I read a lot of reviews and I can agree with everyone . I am a health freak that has tried EVERYTHING to lose weight even kip! Nothing worked . I poop maybe once a week if lucky !! This tea taste like crap! Like omg shoot me between the eyes yucky! Tonight at 2am I woke up feeling yucky n realized I forgot to drink my tea so I boiled just 3 ounces of water and had 1 tea bag and 2 table spoons of Vanilla coffee creamer PEOPLE IT TASTE 100000X BETTER !!!!!! DIDNT NEED SUGAR , HONEY OR NOTHING AT ALL!!! SO now that I found a way to make it pleasurable to drink I'm gonna start having 2 or 3 teas a day to help me with my weightloss journey ! I just wished I knew about this tea before I blew thousands of dollars on all.kinds of teas, pills , n surgeries to help with weightloss . Then brew up a mug of this tea around 5 or 6 pm, after dinner, using 2 tea bags & allow it to steep in piping hot water for a few minutes and then enjoy. Sweeten as you like. Around 9 or 10, pop an Ambien and turn out the lights and lay your sleepy head down for a nice, long nap...until you're jolted to a very foreign level of consciousness in which only one thing is certain: you should not have worn your long-sleeved, footy pajamas with the one zipper down the front.Time is of the essence, as is smooth & fluid movements. You can't suddenly sit upright in bed, nope, you have to hook your left leg over your right one and grab a toe-hold onto the side of your mattress and gently roll your body with that left leg until you're out of bed. I use it for occasional constipation and when I eat too much, which it helps greatly for those purposes. I have been using it on/off for years and NOT DAILY. I took it at night before bed and it woke up to run to the bathroom the first mornings then after that I had to run only at my normal wake up time.This helped me lose probably an inch off my belly. Which was feeling really bloded and swolen. I stopped after the 2nd week as I got busy with work.You can't take this tea during the day as you will be evacuating for hours.5Really awesome !Just started drinking it but I already love this tea! It really makes you feel less bloated, and helps with gas. Definitely be near a bathroom... Everyone is different but I'd say make sure 6-9 hours after you drink this you are near one because you'll be sprinting to that toilet. Definitely try this tea!5You Won't Regret ItThis stuff is the BOMB!!!! So a little history, I don't have regular bowel movements everyday. I usually go once a week no matter what I eat. Fast food doesn't even move me so with that my expectation for this tea was low. I use 8-10 oz of boiling water, 1 tea bag, some lemon and a teaspoon of honey. I drink it warm on an empty stomach. Now if I drink a green smoothie after drinking this tea it does nothing, which I love because I feel it's not stripping my body of the good stuff. Now if I drink this tea and then follow up with fast food or something not so healthy I'll be running to the bathroom within 30 mins of eating it. I try to drink two cups a day one first thing in the morning and then another mid day. Please know that if you drink this tea and don't eat anything you will not poop, however, the minute you eat something even if it's hours later you'll go. Here's another thing your poop is not runny or loose it's normal flowing poop. Also there is no cramping or stomach pain and even when you have to go you have 30 mins before you start sweating and it feels urgent. Please try the tea it's totally worth it!!!! I purchased mine from a local grocery store a box of 10 for $1.5Not as effective.Not as effective as it used to be when it was made in Spain. I have posted pictures of the new one made in United States, not as effective. The old one made in Spain, tastes the same but I only need to make one and it works, the new one, I have to make two at a time, it tastes terrible, and it is not as effective. I have been drinking this tea on and off for 10 years.
