Crisp and Delicious!Crispy and delicious AND FRESH. These are addicting! Very enjoyable with coffee or tea. I did note that the ones sent from Amazon, though intact, the ends were slightly crushed due to shipping. I also found these cookies in our local Bed Bath and Beyond store, but the price was similar. No matter what, I buy these to have on hand year 'round. If in the San Francisco area, check out the Biscoff store at pier 39 - I kid you not, there is a whole store devoted to this cookie and similar products.5Same as cookies offered on Delta AirlinesI have always loved the little cookies that are offered on Delta Airlines but never knew where to find them. Then it hit me, that Amazon, the purveyor of anything might have them. And, they did! They are exactly the same as those airline biscuits, but in a package of 40 (?). I didn't count them all as I ate them... Hints of ginger bread and cinnamon in these cookies. I choose the cookies hoping they were dairy and egg free. I read the ingredients and happily realized they were vegan. I opened them and was instantly hit with the warm aroma of cinnamon. I ate a little piece and WOW, yummmmmmmmm. I ate both cookies and instantly wanted more but with a hot cup of tea. When my plane landed , I instantly opened my amazon app and ordered a 3 pack. The cookies were waiting in my mail box when I arrived home 3 days later.These cookies are addictive. They taste exactly like them. Reviewing a cookie is always hard because how does one describe taste? These really hit a nice balance for me that is hard to find in other cookies in that they are sweet, but not too sweet. So, it hits that sweet tooth without overdoing it. Kind of feels like it is in between a cracker and a cookie.My only real complaint is that these are a bit pricey. But, it's worth as I haven't found them locally.
